I just read the Glamazon posts -- he says he is a 21 year old African American who works for a radio station. I do not think he is a troll, and he could have heard the single. I know that even interns were included in the major hub meetings and heard the track.
But I will rely on the info from DJs vs. anonymous posts by someone on an Adam forum.
In any case, he is not trolling -- looks more like he is enjoying the attention.

Ugh why do they keep making me side eye them? Not that I don't believe a 21 yr old black dude can like Adam LOL but....whether or not this person heard the song or not, I think it's pretty obvious they are of the ~berty persuasion and therefore not exactly a neutral, impartial voice in the matter. So this is gonna make me take everything with A HUGE ASS CHUNK OF SALT.
I mean YAY and all that but....I dunno. I think it's a fan who is whoring themselves out for attention. If it was some random radio intern they woulda posted it was awesome and then left...this person is lapping up the asskissery.
Sorry, but my migraine is making me grumpy and I think I have whiplash from this "troll, not troll, troll, not troll, troll, not troll..." LOL

Well setting aside Glamazon -- we have been jerked around too many times for me to believe folks out of the gate. But I sure hope he is real.
I received two ANONYMOUS emails that claim Adam will be doing something big in December -- not NYE. They appear to be two different people -- and are not trollish. Could be bogus, could be real. But it fits will the apparent shift forward in single release date -- and they would not push it forward into the Christmas Holiday period without a reason.
If you see any related info, let me know.

Yeah, but most students believe that at the time. I think the album reference might have been badly worded. Maybe they heard a track or two like the UK peeps did? I reread it -- I believe he is referring to album release date week -- I read it incorrectly. Ah, thanks! IDK, going totally on my own optimism, but I don't think he's a troll. And frankly, I don't care. Why do people get so up in arms? If you don't believe him, don't believe him. Like with everything, take rumors with a grain of salt – hope for the best but don't be surprised if they turn out untrue or a red herring. He's not really saying anything that any other radio person has, just more detail and saying he fucking loves the song. That's his opinion and prerogative, whoever he is. |

Regardless if whether this dude is legit, or not,.... the fact remains, others have been Berting about the song. People who matter like PDs and DJs.
I think BTIKM is going to EXPLODE!! The fact that Adam is getting, this time, what we all wanted for him right off of Idol gives me chills! The fact that we have been there since the beginning gets me all choked up!

is there someone that can put all of these glamazon posts together so that I can read them as a whole? RL has kept me barely able to read the threads and/ or twitter lately... Hit and miss... And troll or not, I'd be interested to read them all as I feel like I am missing chunks here and there, LOL.
I hate when real life causes me to give up my stanning time!

I reread it -- I believe he is referring to album release date week -- I read it incorrectly. Right, but he still said they "had" it. That would still mean they have album tracks more than 2 months before the album release. If anyone has it, IMO, it is going to leak early. Did I miss a post where he said they "had it" re album tracks? This is the only part I've seen where he refers to the album: Got no news on album release date though just that we're getting an album preview to play over the airwaves during release week for promo. IMO "we're getting" means they will be getting a preview later. Anyway, I agree-- grain of salt, and if this guy is already an Adam fan he's not unbiased. But taken in the context of everything else, I'm feeling pretty good about how things are looking :D |
