adamme, that was the Grandprix in Singapore. Oh, I'm big fan of Formula 1 and I didn't know about this. They have big music event called F1 Rocks - his concert must have been part of it. Really? You have never seen the videos from this show! Go to You Tube my dear and search for Adam Lambert Singapore Grand Prix. We will see you in about 6 hours! ;D |

Ok more bullshit: And another bit. We were originally going to play both Sleepwalker and Fever last fall, however we were told since Rihanna's Loud campaign had started we had to add her songs Only Girl and What's My Name to the playlist and those two slots were filled so we had to take off Fever/Sleepwalker since they were not going to be pushed by a radio promotional tour and Rihanna's singles are always on our Radio A Playlist. I got there Spring 2010 and around that time WWFM started getting great exposure, like AI and such. So we decided to start playing it and then the requests came FLOODING in. And I hate to say it, but sadly the reason why FYE was apparently banned was because radio didn't need a "male version of gaga" at the time. And so when WWFM debuted radios were still kind of iffy on whether to play it, but ultimately once all the promotion and acclaim started pouring in we had no other choice. We even started playing If I Had You as well. *********************8 I am just rolling my eyes now. Even some of the believers there are starting to say HEY get yo story straight. Earlier the person said THEY ONLY PLAYED WWFM. Now they played IIHY as well. >_> Hmm..Maybe I'm not looking in the right direction, but I don't see the BS that almost everyone is accusing this guy of spewing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Adam being called and touted in the media and in people's perceptions as the next/male Gaga for the longest, maybe all the way up until like a year ago? Even if FYE sounded Britney-ish, people were still calling him the male Gaga. And I remember seeing on some, possibly misleading radio and media sites last year, that Fever was Adam's next single when it wasn't. Also when fans were doing that huge campaign push for Sleepwalker, there was a little bit of buzz going on about that song as well. And I remember that DJ, (I can't remember what station he was from) was talking about Sleepwalker after Adam did that Jingle Ball in December. This guy later on said that he never said that Sleepwalker and Fever were Adam's single(s) or that it was being pushed by RCA. He just said that they were going to play the songs due to it being fan favorites, not significant radio play, but just a few spins. And not to jump on you Chunkey or anyone, but I think that people need to maybe not think in absolutes or something. When he said that they only played WWFM I pretty much took it as the radio station only gave any significant radio play to WWFM and a few spins to IIHY here and there, and not as if they only played WWFM and not IIHY ever. I don't know. Like I said I don't think he's trolling or BSing. I think that he's just a very excited fan, and I think that he's telling the truth. But if he's not, I don't see any reason to tear him down. And I think what he's saying is pretty much in the same realm as what we have been hearing from everyone else, but just a little bit more fleshed out. I hope I'm wrong. I would LOOOVE to be wrong. I would stand on the corner wearing an I WAS WRONG sandwich board and ringing a bell while shouting out "HERE YE HERE YE I WAS WRONG!" but....the more this person keeps going on and on and the more ridiculously detailed they get it gets harder for me to believe them. They seem to have a convenient answer for everything and IDK if I buy it. Now I don't think it's a troll in the usual fandom sense, but I do think it's an overexcited fan who loves the attention who may or may not have heard the single, who may or may not be totally bullshitting all of this. Basically I am just pissed I let myself get excited over it when I know better lmao Oh and if he/she IS bs-ing then I DO see a reason to tear this person down....coming on a place and spewing all this *info* and then calling ppl ungrateful and moronic when they are skeptical....yeah if it turns out this person IS making shit up then that's more than enough reason. Wasting our time, playing with our emotions....EXTERMINATE!!! lolzzz...But on the other hand if they are REAL then I will be the first person to apologize....in my head...because I don't post on IDF lol |

Yep, probably a troll, but damn it's fun to read! The Glam in the name started me off badly anyway....but yay! we'll know soon enough and like I said, it was fun. If he's right...that's even betterer.....jmo

But trust me, after the tour I had embeded so many fucking gnt youtubes onto our site that I felt like I had seen the show 10000000 times and never ever wanted to see it again LOLZ Ahhhh, but you have to hear his voice live. You will be amazed! OMG, I have so much to catch up on but I just had to agree with this! Honestly, his voice has so much richness and texture live, it's unreal. My husband liked Adam before GNT but really it was more his personality than voice. But during GNT, he turned to me several times, shaking his head and said "Holy Sh*t!" He raved to everyone for weeks after about the voice. As great as he sounds recorded, it just isn't the same. I know it's not an option for everyone but if you can attend a concert next tour, I would say don't hesitate. It's definitely worth it.  |

I didn't get to see a GNT concert, either.  But trust me, after the tour I had embeded so many fucking gnt youtubes onto our site that I felt like I had seen the show 10000000 times and never ever wanted to see it again LOLZ LOL - we all watched them ALL. A non-berting friend of mine got tickets to both So Cal shows - 2 nights in a row. After the first one, she told me she didn't think it was professional, this was weird, that was weird, yada yada yada. I said, mmmm okay. Then, after the 2nd show, she told me how GREAT it was the second night. It was so much better. I said, honey, trust me. I've seen them all. They were the SAME show! ;D Don't think she was convinced. (and she wasn't talking about nuances but lighting and the slow songs in the middle an stuff like that). But recently she saw him on the AMA's and asked me why he isn't everywhere in the public eye? He's such a fabulous singer. I explained and said "get ready". 8-) It's a crime you and other ATOP all-stars haven't made it to a concert. I have a feeling we'll all work to get EVERYONE there next time around, one way or another.  |
