On another note....seoulmate...we are not so far apart so we can find a way to support each other getting to see Adam as he Trespasses the known world!!!!! YES!!!!!!! I know, bb.  With any luck, this time round there will be a concert closer than 3,000 miles/5,000km away!!! There are a lot of peeps on this forum (like me!) who can't afford to travel that kind of distance for a concert!! We gotta put the pressure on for a west-coast gig this time! |

When you get the arrow with the slash through it, it means the video has not been enabled for mobile. It person who uploaded it likely did not check on one box and they may not even realize. iPad and smartphones are all considered mobile devices. Sometimes it takes just a small tweet or message to let the person know they haven't enabled it for mobile. I don't use the ProBoards app. I have it, but IMO, it's not necessary. It's supposed to be a little faster, but it cuts out all the nuance. When I go on Safari on my iPad (or iPhone), I see the forum exactly how it looks on my computer. iPad is particularly cool because you can blow up the size with a quick finger spread. So you can enlarge when you want to and keep it at your standard size when you don't. Reading Atop on my iPad is very fast for me. Faster than my computer, even. However, I can't type as fast on the iPad, so I usually go on computer to post. Thanks for the answer, susie. I knew someone on ATop would know. I think I will post in the comment section to her and ask that she make sure all her vids are enabled. When I looked her up on the iPad YT app, the only vids showing were the Ford commercials. Thanks, also for the info on the ProBoards app. I enjoy reading ATop on the iPad because it is so easy to navigate. Couldn't imagine why I would need an app for it. Glad to know I am not missing anything. |
