Fantasy Springs....my heart and thoughts are with that experience and the women I met that transformative weekend. Hugs and kisses to all of you Aww, AMW! One year ago today - - you danced like a rock star - - after sprinkling glitter in my hair!! Indeed, the concert was a metamorphosis. I was entirely spent afterwards - as if raw emotion just hatched, and enveloped me with an intoxicating sensory experience and delicious, indiscriminate, passionate joy and love. And now, February 27th has taken on a new meaning - - my little granddaughter was born only a couple of hours ago!!!!!!!!! I will tell her stories, one day, of what took place on her birthday, one year before she came from the stars to join this world. She will share a special 'day in the life'. Today is a great celebration of what was, what is, and what can and will be. I'm overwhelmed with the joy that's come my way this past year! "I just love you" - - - every single one of you at Adamtopia - - - "I don't know why, I just do". The friendships and the passion we share has, just as AMW said, transformed me. I'm thankful I'll never be the same. So grateful I took a chance "and fell into the glitter" - climbed on that rollercoaster emblazoned with Adam Fucking Lambert on the front - and began the ride on the rocket ship! |

They used a really good picture for that mag. ?? about the makeup bit.. but oh well..
Look how casually they add.. Adam on vacation with his boyfriend.. awesome.. that just looks so cool in print.. :D

OMG I am on my 6th consecutive viewing of FS-WLL on my big screen. I see no end in sight. Still have the rest of the concert, but I begin and end with this....today cannot get past it. I just watched several FS videos too. It is impossible to describe the feelings he brings up in me... one thing I know for sure - whenever there is a "one off" concert - it is a must to get there OR I am running a risk of missing something truly epic - like FS was. I only hope that 1)he does those and2) that time allows me to be there and 3) I can afford it and 4) I can get tickets. I am eternally grateful for the chance to be at the RMT and I am eternally sad to have missed FS and RR and Gridlock. |

Look at those arms... that brachioradialis muscle is bulging (forearm)...showing just how fine those lovely furry forearms really are.
In Touch got the pic right, the comments ehhh ...but he is in the NEWS! and looking handsome....ahhh
Now back to lurking and cooking! Have to say so... many fine comments and posts lately...we could do with a rash of new fine pics.

Adam didn't blaze across the sky like a meteor after Idol. But meteors burn up in the atmosphere or crash to earth. Adam was like a rocket lifting off. At ignition, there is a huge roar and plume of smoke, but as the rocket starts to move it looks like it will never rise from the platform. Then slowly, slowly, the smoke clears and it picks up momentum, shooting higher and higher, its own fuel powering it into the stratosphere and beyond.
