Ok, somewhere we have a primer but peeps who want to start folliwing numbers or just want to know more about these radio stations need to relearn where to find the info. Step 1 Look up Mix 106.1 Philadelphia on Google to find call letters and city if we didn't know it. We find "WISX" Step 2 Go to the Add board at Mediabase addboard.mediabase.com/StationsNotAdded.asp?ob=3 (I've pulled up all stations, all formats, even those who haven't added and yeah Taylor Swifts song in this example) Sort by clicking on the Column Header for City, find Philadelphia Find WISX and find out that..... they are at HOT AC format owned by Clear ChannelAs we go thru add angsting you'll find that type of Format and who the Owner is are verrrry immportant. |

Why do you say that he won't sing a Christmas song? I mean I know he was asked about making an album with Christmas songs and he said no, but I don't see why should he not perform a Christmas song. I'm not saying that this guy is lying or he's telling the truth, I don't care about him , lol, but why wouldn't he sing a Christmas song, at an event? It's not even about the x-mas song, it's about that person overhearing a conversation that specific. IMO...he didn't hear shit 8-) |

I have to say I do find Sauli quite attractive, which is odd since I generally don't give blondes a second glance. Speaking of personal preferences, I like the candid shot of him with Riff outside much better than the posed Cherry pic. Much prefer natural light and a smile and a sense of his personality. TBH, I don't see much personality in the Cherry pic -- he's an attractive model, but there's no there there for me. I also like the pics of him with Adam at Brooke's wedding better than that posed pic. Obviously YMMV.

He always said that a good Christmas song would make you money forever. Part of it is that Adam is Jewish so I'm not sure he would want to sing a traditional, Christian, Christmas song. However, Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer is bringing in $$$$ and has for as long as I can remember, so a Holiday song would be a smart business idea if it worked out. |

I think people say that he would not sing Christmas songs because he is Jewish, but there is some beautiful secular Christmas music that I think he could/would sing. "My Grownup Christmas List" and "Merry Christmas With Love" come to mind. And his performance would be wonderful, as always. 8-) ETA- Yes, Christmas music sells - Michael Buble is cleaning up this year with his Christmas CD and his TV special tonight. And his numbers will be huge on the chart this week and massive for the season overall. |
