Haha! Thanks for posting that scene from RHPS. Adam was hilarious in it. Makes me want to go back and watch his big number at the end. Damn, I wish he'd get a good acting role with some substance to it.
There's a quite lengthy interview with Javi floating around. I have to admit it was impressed with his story and his drive. He's a hard worker and a risk-taker.

Hi Happy! It was in the single digits last night and will be tonight; there are power outages in Austin but fortunately for me, not in my area so far. I have lots of blankets and will keep them handy. I have a water pipe on the north side of my house that is frozen and am keeping my fingers/toes/legs/etc crossed that is doesn't burst. I guess I will know when it thaws. It is strange to me that we can endure months of 100°F+ with ACs cranking and yet deep cold does us in. I'm sure there is an explanation but go figure. I suppose it is a matter of what we are regularly prepared for. Thank you for thinking of me. Interesting. I wonder if it takes more energy to heat a house rather than cool it. I have no idea! btw If you know you have a pipe that tends to freeze, leave it running a bit. stampsgal That is brutal weather! I grew up in Quebec and Ontario, so I have definitely experienced WINTER!! I've got all soft out here on the coast. LOL |
