If he was a spokesman for someone else's makeup line, that would be ok. But to start his own line would take investment of money and time and a more serious commitment. It's a business risk. I think he just talks about it because people ask him. He may decide to promote a product of some kind at some point, but I don't think it will be make-up.
Haha! Funny "pix" of Adam and Oliver together in their kilts. Maybe that old interview with Adam in his kilt will show up somewhere.

Adam is wearing a sporran on the front of his kilt. It is supposed to be a pouch since kilts don't have pockets. I remember that interview was lots of fun and I thought Adam looked very handsome in his kilt.

I'm with you Q3, just no for the makeup line. But I always get the feeling he is just playing around and humoring people who lately keep bringing up his makeup wearing. Unless maybe I missed him being serious about it. HA. But I don't think a beard with heavy makeup would be a big selling point for gay or straight men, so I think it us just fun for him to wear, lol. You might be surprised. Just because some of his fans aren't fond of the makeup, doesn't mean others aren't. Conchita has made an entire career of a beard and makeup. But no, I don't think he's serious about a makeup line...fans have been asking him for 11 years now. Just because he likes to wear it, doesn't mean he wants it as part of a career, or whatever. I agree, he's probably just humoring those asking. I'm sure he probably gets quite tired of the same dumb questions over and over lol. True. Didn't mean that no one would like a beard and heavy eye makeup. Obviously some do, lol. But thank the universe that Adam is thought of as a talent with great vocal abilities and showmanship (and really good looks). And a beard with heavy makeup is not the dominant thing that comes to mind when one thinks of him and he often changes up his look. |

I sent a pm to Q3 regarding Proboards requesting donations/link.
After the glitch last week with Adamtopia, I was wondering if Q3 sent the personal message or Proboards did. I will get back to those in the thread to share her thoughts. Or Q3 may respond on the thread in case others are asking her the same things as me.
I know I have donated several times in the past but it has been many years. Last week some indicted they would be willing to donate as well to keep the site add free and alive.

I enjoyed the tutorial I know some don't care about that. I would enjoy another one. He probably hasn't had time. He seems pretty busy plus you need relax time. Enjoyed the kilt picks. Wish him and Oliver could be together. OT Got my first vaccine appointment for Friday! And oddly enough my Mom has her first appointment same place 30 minutes after mine! |

Celebrity makeup is a tried and true way to cash in on their profile alongside scents. However it's a bucket load
of work in a crowded space for uncertain returns. Maybe hitching his name to a well-known company such as MAC for something like "glam" eye shadow palettes - seeing he favours eye make up above all else, would be a way of doing it without investing too much capital (time, money and effort).
