My Adam calendar tells me that Adam received a GLAAD award today in 2013. Does anyone know if he performed then? Thinking about that person dissing Adam the other day because of his start on AI. One Direction and Harry Styles also got started on a reality talent show. It seems if you hit a certain level of success that gets forgotten! Didn't Pentatonix start on a talent show also? |

Yes for Pentatonix. But I don't think the start is ever forgotten, it is just used as a negative by some against someone they don't like or someone they envy. Adam is most often listed as the 3rd most successful Idol and 3rd wealthiest behind Carrie and Kelly so he made good use of that start, lol. Many of them never become rich and famous coming from these shows or anyplace else. |
