Picture of this surprisingly warm December day is-
This is what I tweeted about this pi: My favourite, his eyes are just unbelievable, his skin is flawless, his mouth curvy and pouty...he keeps reinventing himself
Song of the day:
I don't know why. Maybe late autumn melancholia's kicking in.
Post of the day:
The site in question is On the Meaning of Adam Lambert, which I intend to delete, they're history, as well as MP, and I don't intend to study them.
Oh, and the three words? Well, apart from all the above with which I heartily agree, I might as well conclude with: MY PERSONAL JESUS (in the most positive way possible, lol. I'm not even a religious person, but Adam makes me question that. So.)

I’ve stayed out of this conversation on your site, but this “response” compels me to respond.
In Part 1 of your post, you claim to “go all left-brain,” but then resort to hyperbole in referring to a “firestorm… that has blown through our community,” “rifts that have torn up this fandom,” and “weeping” fans in a chill atmosphere of fear and “verbal abuse.” May I suggest that if events in fandom reduce one to a sobbing melodramatic mess, it’s time to re-evaluate ones priorities.
It is odd to me why people who claim that Adam is their “muse” and “obsession,” and who have literally written thousands of words of praise about him, are now encouraging fans to question his motives, actions, and ethics. As you yourselves continually point out, there is incomplete information available to the fans on this situation. The “history and facts” which you claim to display for us is based on hearsay, opinion, and a legal document that you do not have the training to interpret.
I find it odd that some “fans” are so eagerly defending Monte and pleading his case. In most cases these are the same fans who have had some personal contact with Monte over the past couple of years and seem to feel they have a friendship with him.
Setting aside the handful people who genuinely enjoy the dreary monotonous dreck of Monte’s music, I’d be willing to bet any money that most folks invited him into their living rooms and sidled up to him in bars in order to eagerly soak up whatever morsels of Adam-related info came out of his liquor-loosened mouth. The authors neglect to mention the reports from fans who heard Monte bashing Adam’s music to anyone who would listen. They neglect to mention misguided phone calls Monte made to fans to plead his cause. They neglect to mention the “crazy fans” list Monte made on Twitter, or the passive-aggressive Youtubes he posted. They neglect to mention that their dear Monte is biased and is going to present (surprise!) his OWN side of the story. And yet they entreat fans to give Monte the benefit of the doubt.
I’m a fan of Adam and I have been since Day 1. I don’t think he’s infallible and I don’t think he’s perfect and I resent the implication that I am so blinded by love for Adam that I can’t see truth. I too, enjoy honesty and truth, but I also acknowledge that there is a missing piece to this story– namely, Adam’s side. Unless people haven’t mentioned it, he’s not phoning fans or babbling drunkenly in bars presenting his story.
We may never know the full story, and I’m okay with that. The preponderance of evidence inclines me to support Adam. And I’m pretty sure I can manage to do so without a tone of resigned “acceptance” and a condescending attitude as if I were doing him a favor.
