adamlambert Adam Lambert Wow new Gaga video is wild and weird! I love the super 60's psychedelic intro. Like Barbarella meets Alien. Not that it matters, but it's interesting to me that while he didn't say that he loved the entire video, he did point out the things that he DID like. Did anyone else take his tweet that way? I noticed that, too. Hope that means he won't be tempted to make one similar. |

I'm not sure LG's video is specifically aimed at youth, most of the young people I know would be like "eeewww.....gross!".
Frankly, if Adam ever produces a video where he is symbolically pulling out spermy babies from a giant penis while dancing around practically naked, as much as I adore him - that would be the time that I will only enjoy the VOICE and not the visuals.
I'm not sure that sentence makes sense but I think you know what I am trying to say.

I admit I really didn't get the LG vid, weird and disjointed were my primary thoughts. Swiftly followed by jeez I bet it cost a lot to make and I really prefer Madonna. The surprise in all of that is I've never really been a fan of Madonna  lol. I hope AFL never gets quite as "arty" as this offering is IMHO |

O.K so I just saw BTW and I had to comment.Feel free to scroll if this has been discussed to death.

The good: I loved the unicorn.I loved the Thierry Mugler collaboration.I think it was beautifully shot .The dance scenes were fun.

The ugly: the whole alien thing.It just doesn't look good.I love Sci-Fi but isn't the song about celebrating humans?
I was expecting a new twist on Michel Jackson's Black or white but O.K. I really don't think the video had a lot to do with the song except for the introduction. Besides, I really didn't feel this video was cohesive.

I don't think Adam will ever do a video where he is naked or partially naked. It's just not him. I'm over Gaga - she can do whatever she pleases, which includes blatant ripoffs from other artists and passing it off as her new revolution - bah humbug. She has become too delusional or doing too many drugs. She freely admits she does a lot of drugs. What bothersome is that so many peeps buy into her hype and thinks she is revolutionary. They need to go back and explore the history of music. But unfortunately that is more than most peeps can handle.
I'm going back to my hole and try to get over this flu that has had me knocked out since last Thursday. I need more Adam music.
