I just gotta jump in here & comment on Adam's tweet about the Wildlife Waystation. I was really surprised & happy to see that he visited the facility. It's a very very cool place. I volunteered there for about 10 years or so - worked a fulltime job & then went to the Waystation after work & on weekends to work with the animals. I got to work with the wolves (my favorites) and mountain lions, tigers, servals, raccoons, snakes - you name it. They offer public tours and they also book special events with celebrities. I'm sure Adam & Sauli did a private gig, which is pricey but offers up-close interaction with the animals. The picture of the lion that Sauli posted on his blog was definitely taken at the Waystation. Don't know when he was there but I can pretty much guarantee it was a private tour. Not everyone is allowed to get that close to the animals, much less touch them! Just to be clear, these animals are not domesticated. Even though they are used to being around people, they are still wild animals & there is strict supervision whenever the animals are taken out of their cages. I don't want people to think that just anyone can go pay alot of money & get to pet a tiger. There are some facilities that do that, but not the Waystation. They don't whore out their animals for money - but that being said, Martine is a smart lady & she will allow liberties on a private tour because the donation is going to help feed her animals & run her facility. Anyway, I hope the Waystation website gets a ton of hits & I hope they'll get some donations from Adam's followers. That would be a great charity for him to support. Thanks for that insight, Ginger! So awesome that you volunteered so much time there-- good for you! I do hope that they get some financial help-- from looking at their website, they sorely need it. Since some of us were speculating about a photoshoot or video that included some of the animals, does that sound like something that would be possible, or do they not do things like that there? Just curious.

Just curious. Hi Gel, Ya know, anything is possible, but I would seriously doubt that Martine would let any of the Waystation animals be used in a video. These animals have not been trained for camera work & you can't predict how they'd react to the lights & noise. There are several Animal Trainers around LA who have exotic animals for hire that are specifically trained for the camera. I would hope she'd refer Adam to an Animal Actor Specialist.

If nothing else, we can distract ourselves with laughter while I personally do mental and emotional laps around this chart. www.thehomeplanet.org/2011/12/anger-management/ I LOVE CHUNKEY!!! This is my favorite and there might be a slight possibility I actually uttered something like this last night! Fear: “Holy shit he just tweeted…OMG I am gonna look…Oh man..But I am too afraid to look….Oh man what if he says there’s another delay??…Oh man…Oh man….WHAT THE FUCK?? HE’S AT THE FUCKING ZOO??!!!?” This emotion is set off by seemingly anything. A new tweet, a loud noise, a stiff wind. A sign that one has truly fallen down the rabbit hole

The Show Must Go On by Brian May - Documentary Comments he has of Freddie re:high notes during demo and recording for the first time...- that was before he heard AFL... ETA: No wonder they did not include TSMGO in the Tribute Band repertoire Cassie... would that be the ending of the song when Adam sang "Show?" How high was that note? Thanks. He must really be impressed with Adam to not only give him this "vocally challenging" Queen song but also had it sang live the same key as Freddie recorded in the studio, right?
