feeling like a real luzr this morning, can't sift thru tweets cuz of dinosaur computer, too shy to ask for pm or dm or whatevs. but thanks to a couple of peeps who slipped a hint on where to find i can now be part of the exclusive club that is squeeing and flailing and talking about bridges. love the china pics. love the song. leak it now i say. today while the blossom still clings to the vine, I'll taste your strawberries and drink your sweet wine. A million tomorrows shall all pass away, but ere I forget all the joys that are mine TODAY! His fans will buy his music for sure .. but if it leaks everywhere ,the newbies will down load for free. I really feel sad for singers today,they can't make any money except when they tour or sell merchandise. We all know how great Adam's merchandise is.. Haven't worn my Adam shirts except to bed..Hmm that's not so bad! ITA... but, on the other hand.. I really can't believe there is NO technology to protect digital media..i.e music. when you have a digital book.. that won't transfer/ or disappears after a few wks.. I just don't get why they can figure out how to have digital media.. but, can't control it.. If its a problem and you can't make money that way.. well then go back to physical until you can work out the bugs etc.. l am Sure there are problems with my analogy but, its a "no brainer" to me.. LOL ;D |

If it hadn't leaked, when the single officially dropped at iTunes or Amazon, the same promulgation would have happened instantly. Just 4 days later. I have no reason to believe that someone would illegally download it for free today, whereas if it hadn't leaked, would spend the $1 on the 20th. Those who believe in purchasing music to support the artist will do so. Those who think it should be free or that "everyone is doing it" or that the artist makes tons of money in other ways will get the song for free no matter when it leaks. But, I like the integrity of this forum in not publicly posting the links. Thanks. |

I remember a many years ago Lyle Lovett talked about how he'd sold millions in music but really only made money off touring. People who steal music would steal it regardless so a leak doesn't really impact the overall sales IMO. I have the song on repeat and I'll still buy it on Tuesday....the bonus is I imagine the actual download version will be higher quality and sound even better. |

God their bittercakes never tasted so delicious His hair loks shorter than usual and the "fuzzies" in the back are do to sleeping on the plane, probably! Not everyone can step off a 14 hour flight and look like Adam! I swear it seems like he had a hair stylist on board with him!  |
