I personally don't think the leak will do any harm, it is the final version of the song not a unfinished Demo or something like it, that sounds by far not that good as the final version and better than the snippet, which really does not justice to the song. Also I think it is a good promo for the song and it is just a few days before the release. People who are willing to pay for it, will buy the song as soon as possible, the others won't, no matter when they download it. I don't think he will loose sales. I agree. Plus once this song gets on radio people will buy it based on radio play. The reality is if people want to steal his music that's a good thing. Sound weird I know but if it can't even generate enough interest that illegal downloaders want to get their hands on it regular buys probably won't want to buy it anyway. |
