The Best Western is next door with very reasonable for Vegas prices. I book a King room for $130.99/night with a Best Western Rewards account. A room with 2 doubles was $146.99/night. |

I went there and saw price was $319. Had to refresh and price went to $369 plus.....so if you got it for that, you were lucky. Gouging is a happening.... |

I went there and saw price was $319. Had to refresh and price went to $369 plus.....so if you got it for that, you were lucky. Gouging is a happening.... I am still pulling up for Oct 26-31:
Rewards Member rate: $130.99/night King bed, $146.99/night 2 Double Beds
Flexible rate: $169.99/night, $189.99/night 2 Double Beds
The previous weekend Oct 21-24 is much more expensive, in the $319/night range. The 1st weekend is also more expensive at the Venetian. Must me something else going on in LV that weekend.

Wonder if the possibility of streaming will hurt actual ticket sales. I dunno, but I was very excited to hear him talk about that as a possibility. If I could be there in person, I would be, streaming or no streaming - but I can't. In my admittedly uneducated opinion, those who are interested enough in Adam to be willing to travel to see him - and have the time and the means to do so - will do that in any event, especially since those shows are going to be his only solo performances for the foreseeable future. More casual fans probably wouldn't go to the trouble and expense, but might be willing to purchase a stream...to say nothing of people like me whose circumstances don't allow them to attend in person. I think it's a win-win. |
