Just wanted to share this beautiful post from the Vevo link:
I played this song in front of my girlfriend about 10 minutes ago and told her this is how feel about you...she actually teared up. Yeah, we've had our ups and downs and I was never perfect, but that doesn't change the fact that i can't live without her.OMG! ADAM i didn't know you had that affect. She's the love of my life and this is our future wedding song! You just made this relationship stronger, and I thats why I love your music, never have I been so moved by you. Simply .. a MASTERPIECE Platniumbeam2007

@glam_alidol: he left his hotel at 7:15 this morning just himself
Considering the ~entourage he has been traveling with, then I find this unusual, especially when he is sighted at the airport not long after - also alone.
I'm really hoping Adam is on his way to Finland for some well deserved R&R with his bf and the all important 'Meet the Parents' ;D
Surely if he has to do interviews, he can do em by phone??? And he could of pre-taped X Factor.

When Adam was on tour last year it made me crazy when he got his own luggage. Also when he was sleeping in a chair all slouched down in the public area. Some body tell him about the club rooms. Geez!!! I need to go take care of him.

Okay, you brought tears to my eyes. I am happy you found a song that relates to both of you. I am looking forward to the rest of Adam's album. I bet there will be more tearing up when we hear his personal words.

And I certainly don't know how the Jewish religion feels about homosexuality. Most religions don't accept it openly - except for the Episcopalians. Do we have a Jewish ATOP member who knows what the Torah says about being gay (or if it even says anything)? [grins] I was about to write another long-winded post when I backtracked and saw Q3 already answered. The only thing I will add is that the Orthodox movement does not accept homosexuality. However the same translated word of "abomination" that's used to decribe homosexuality is also used to describe shellfish eating...and they don't do that either. So, at least they're being consistent. : Conservatives are split on the topic. My shul actively encourages same-sex couples, but many do not. My mother, who was raised fairly traditionally, actively dislikes gays and will call the smart or handsome ones "a waste". That said, she will also use the same terminology to describe heterosexual Jews who intermarry (marry non-Jewish partners). I think in her eyes if you don't have a union that produces Jewish children, what's the point? My sister and I finally gave up arguing with her over the matter as her mind is firmly set on the topic. I don't know much about the Reform movement, so I'll take Q3's word on what the tenents are! My last comment on Judaism. Generally the Reform movement is very open and accepting -- there are male, female, gay, straight rabbi's and cantors. Every congregation I have been a part of has had openly gay members. Reform Jews have been at the forefront of the Gay Rights movement -- in 1977 the Central Conference of American Rabbis (Reform movement) adopted a resolution calling for legislation decriminalizing homosexual acts between consenting adults, and calling for an end to discrimination against them. The resolution called on Reform Jewish organizations to develop programs to implement this stand. The Ad Hoc Committee on Human Sexuality issued a report in 1998 which included its conclusion, by a committee majority of 11 with 1 abstention, that "kedushah [holiness] may be present in committed same-gender relationships between two Jews and that these relationships can serve as the foundation of stable Jewish families, thus adding strength to the Jewish community." The report called upon the CCAR to support all colleagues in their choices in this matter, and to develop educational programs. On Same Sex Marriage, it is currently up to the individual rabbi and his/her congregation. From the 1998 resolution: "....we recognize the diversity of opinions within our ranks on this issue. We support the decision of those who choose to officiate at rituals of union for same-gender couples, and we support the decision of those who do not, and FURTHER RESOLVED, that we call upon the CCAR to support all colleagues in their choices in this matter, and"
