Good for Jennifer Hudson. Not only will she star in the Respect biopic but she will have an original co-written song for the movie. So not only will she have a chance at an Oscar for her movie but for an original song as well. Smart move. I don't expect the movie to do anything like BoRap but it will probably get enough exposure to give her a chance at a performance or song Oscar nomination or both. She, like Adam, does not sit around and wait for radio to give her opportunities or decide how successful she can become overall. She and her people go out and find other chances. I didn't realize Demi knew Adam that well. They were both in Glee at the same time, and she famously dumped him for Nick Jonas on her tour a few years ago. |

I do remember that, but the way she's proclaiming her "love" makes them sound fairly close. Just because they were in Glee at the same time, doesn't really mean a close relationship...and neither does dumping him for Nick Jonas lol. |

They both kinda sorta had the same management for a tiny bit (before "they" left, and Adam found new management). So I might be missing details, but I assume they had more contacts than we realize. |

She has killed a lot of her friendships and relationships with her public attacks, and complaints (could be related to her illness and addictions) and butting in every situation. So she likely will take any friend that she can find. I'm sure Adam would be aware that she can turn on you, for attention, on a dime, lol. |
