www.youtube.com/watch?v=gU_RNwmgJg4&feature=relatedI hope this is the right link. CP from my clipboard but then got sidetracked at work oops! lol Anyways it's another BTIKM cover and it's FAB. The guy srsly did a great intepretation and I love his voice. I have a feeling this song will inspire a lot of covers. Imagine Adam singing this acoustically. *Thud.* There will be so many things he will do to mix this song up and keep it interesting. I can't wait to see him perform it!

Welcome to the absolutely bestest Adam fan site ever! Standard questions apply - where are you from? How/when did you discover Adam?

Our 30 something massage therapist came over last night for our monthly appointment. She is a casual Adam fan and relies on me for info and updates. She listens to Z100 and I couldn't wait to hear her opinion of BTIKM. One listen and she loved it. Asked me to play it several more times. She said that there will be a bunch of dancey remixes coming and that she can't wait for those. She said that Z100 NYC would play the crap out of it. Several times I caught her humming or singing part of it and we did a high five saying "yea, it sticks in your head". She has gone through a recent divorce and is now with a guy that she says is her soulmate. She couldn't wait to get home and play it for him, 'cause she was finally with someone who "knew her better than she knows herself".
Just one person in a sea of many, but it made me happy.

Great to see how it can be interpreted in a different key. He is really good. And yes, it is amazing how easy Adam makes it seem. Even in the car, I don't attempt the MYSEEEEELLLF because I'd scare MYSEEEEELLLF. HAPPY 10,000th Gelly!!! ILU!! You add so much to this community and we really appreciate all you do and your consistent presence and spirit. Welcome, krazykay!!! So glad you de-lurked!!

Happy birthday ASHTASH and LAURALAYNE!! I guess you could say you're Solstice Sisters That BKTIM on iTunes has held steady through the night!! This bodes well for power of banners and iTunes and how this song is grabbing people at first listen. Radio and promo next and then ... Who knows?? I've been so happy and kind of amazed (though in my heart of hearts I hoped it would be the case) about how beautifully this is all being received. Not just the consistent praise for the song, which is awesome, but the almost complete absence of snark or sarcastic digs in all the reviews and even the random Twitter comments. There is a prevailing tone of respect in the vast majority of everything I've read (and I've read most of what has been posted here or tweeted in my feed). Other than comments from the usual suspects at certain boards, it really seems like the music bloggers/reviewers are kind of seeing it as a foregone conclusion that Adam will be a very strong presence on the music scene in 2012, and theyre excited about it!!

Media base requests ---- >>>> Please send in this one --- Z100 --- #1 station in US. www.mediabase.com/mmrweb/7/stationplaylistrequest.asp?c_let=whtz-fmI will put together a radio request summary shortly. ETA: Once a station plays a song, the song is automatically added to their Mediabase request list and stays there for 7 days. So no stations have "added" the song to their playlist. So Q102 played it last night, and it appeared on their Mediabase request form today. Done.

I have noticed this, too. There is a real shift in tone, and "next" seems to be to get on board critically. It is out there now so they can all feel comfortable jumping on board. About time! So happy for him!
