Man, I'm really self-editting myself in a paranoid way now . . . Yeah. It's kind of sad that we have to kind of 'look over our shoulder' now.  I really don't think people should be thinking this way. As Q3 says, it's a discussion forum and discuss is what we do. Nothing has changed today-- what is posted here is public info and anyone is free to read. Anyway, I'm glad Adam tweeted and it does make me feel better. I'm guessing that he and Sauli will talk it all over and hopefully it will be a learning experience for both of them. I'm not really ready to paint Adam with the problem-drinking brush. Yeah, he drinks. Drinking is a big part of social culture in most parts of the world. I've gotten shitty drunk myself and thank fuck the tabloids weren't there to write about my idiotic behavior. And other than the few kind of vague things Adam has said, we really don't know how he is in relationships. I'd think he's still in learning mode in that respect, and it can't be easy when he is under a magnifying glass at all times. I really feel for the guy and I love his imperfect self. |

BF in Finland Former American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert got tossed in the pokey -- in Finland -- overnight after a brawl with his boyfriend outside a bar ... according to reports. Lambert and Finnish Big Brother star Sauli Koskinen's argument reportedly started inside the bar in Helsinki, but eventually poured out into the street. Lambert allegedly got physical with people who tried to break up the fight, as well ... before police arrived and took him and Koskinen into custody. They were arrested for multiple assaults, according to a Finnish newspaper.  6:02 AM PST -- Cops say both Lambert and Koskinen were questioned and released -- since neither party was injured. Afterward, Koskinen blogged about the incident saying, "Publicity is not easy, but also celebrities are just human. Love is not easy either, but it lasts forever!" |

Hmmmm, haven't caught up yet with the thread, but I don't see this as a big deal. I actually see great publicity (not planned) for the song. Am I weird or do I just live too close to Hollywood? :-/ as you know - I am totally with you and ahead  On the publicity side - this is great, IMO ! on the personal side for A&S - I have no idea, but that's their business... I despise drinking, drunks and the culture that accepts "being drunk" as an excuse. BUT - THAT IS THE CULTURE we live in. so again - TOTAL WIN! |

Sorry long post scroll is your friend! I was just sitting here thinking about all that has happen in the past few years for Adam and Us. I know myself that I have always believed that there is no Gay or Straight people. Just PEOPLE. I have a very close friend that is gay and married to a wonderful man, who call me there Gayess Straight person they know. They to have struggles just as Adam does both are sucessful in business but also have to worry how to present themselves in the public eye. I think that most of us here just love these guys so much and want the world for them, and feel that they shouldn't have to be anybody but themselves ,flaws and all. Yes they are sucessful and do have to present themselves in a professional manner when in public, however they do deserve private time as well. It's a double edge sword when you famous and even thou it shouldn't be "famous and gay". So my Holiday wish for Adam and Sauli is keep being you, take care of each other, and many sucesses. and maybe a few less drinks in public  However when you are in private do what you want  |

Adam flew to Finland to meet Sauli's family, they partied first, visited a Finnish jail on the way to Xmas dinner Oh, I forgot......after jail they decided to stop for a hamburger. ;D |

I have always admired Adam's work ethic -- give him a break. He's on vacation after a very long year. No reason to dig any deeper. For all the reasons that couples fight, we will never know what brought this on. Speculation will churn up rumors for the folks that visit here looking for dirt. It's sad to think that Adam and his friends are going to have to bunker down and stay out of the public and go about life in seclusion because press speculation and everyone trying to hold them to way higher standards then any of us have to deal with. Price of fame crap be damned.
