The young kid did a great job with STL. He's not a naturally strong voice and great pitch. As he gets older, I bet he'll have a good chance to do well in the business. Adam is so lucky to have been at the right place at the right time with the right voice and stage presence to do his historic stint with Queen.
That pic of Adam in the red coat is SO gorgeous! Haven't seen that one before.
Love that LMD!

"The 50 Best Music Producers of the 21st Century Rob Cavallo: Hidden Gem: "Music Again," the stomping glam-pop opener to @adamlambert 's 2009 debut album For Your Entertainment, penned by Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins, which should've been as big a hit"It is a given that if a song is not released to radio and really promoted it will not be a hit. Even with streaming, you also need radio to get a hit. This brings to my mind a quote attributed to Aretha Franklin's mom in the movie Trailer for "Respect." "The trailer moves on to a pivotal moment, with her mom (played with a singular intensity by Audra McDonald) telling a grown up Aretha backstage, “Find the songs that move you. Until you do that, you ain’t going nowhere.” I can think of so many songs from all of Adam's albums that moved me but were never released to radio and promoted. Only fans got to enjoy them. I don't know if it was Adam's or labels choice or both. But it is hard for me not to wonder how they would have done if given a chance. Many that never got an audience really made me feel something. I don't expect too much now that Adam is Indie, other than more good music. But when he was with majors, he always had one song promoted, to a degree, and maybe another with minimum promotion. While many other acts would have 4 or 5 released from their albums. Sometimes the first one or two would not take off but the third one would. Some even released two songs to different formats at the same time or the same song to other formats (pop and alt/pop and R&B/pop and rock). I can only imagine and dream about what that kind of exposure would have done for Adam with all his talent. But he has a great, high profile and successful career so I'm very grateful for that. And a lot more to look forward to.
Adam looks so good in that red!
