It has to feel good, to Adam, to get home. He's been gone since the 14th, right? LA to Shanghai to Helsinki is around the world! I was surprised when some people thought trip was quickie. He's been away for a while, and even though only 6 days or so in Finland, that's fairly substantial for a Christmas visit by most people's standards. |

Most people don't actually travel on Christmas Day and for many, the holiday is extended until the 26th. ETA: I don't think there are any non-stops from Helsink to LAX so it was a long day for them!! |

Wow.. they are back.. but, I guess in Finland it is already tomorrow LOL its 10 hrs or so ahead right? well anyways.. so happy for them that they were able to spend it together at Sauli's family home.. actually hope they are able to do that every yr that they are together.. I am happy to report that my Christmas ended up being fairly enjoyable.. I didn't think this year would be very happy since my oldest DD suddenly moved out a few wks ago.. but, we were able to spend most of the day together and got on quite well..heres hoping we can mend some broken bridges.. well that is my wish for the new year.. Another christmas come and gone. Many are still celebrating with Boxing day. Some are still celebrating Hannakah. I am cooked out and stuffed. done with washing dishes and now generally out of my smilely face mode, despite all the discussions. Had some really nice feedback from my brothers on Adam. One even said, now that everybody has gone to bed are you going to visit Adam? I smiled - of course. I hope Adam has a NYE gig.

I guess I am visiting Adam too! LOL. My son gave me this tonight to add to my Nutcracker obsession and I just think it is soo cute. He only added the banner at the bottom. I am thrilled. Merry Christmas Everyone!  Am I crazy or is there a face on that microphone? Weird. |
