Probably meaningless, but if you want to vote for Adam, go to the link and scroll down. I also voted for Avril Lavigne, because I'm guessing her followers are not as zealous as Joe Jonas's, so she will be easier to beat in the final. Q102Philly Q102 Philly Best Jingle Ball Performace of ALL TIME is down the FINAL 4! Did @adamlambert beat @katyperry? See here: www.q102.com/pages/jb-brackets/index.html27 minutes ago There is only one answer to this question ---- the lineup: Who Is The Greatest Jingle Ball Performer We've Ever Had? Read more: www.q102.com/pages/jb-brackets/index.html#ixzz1hfKgERpHWell duh!!! Currently Adam is a bit ahead of Kelly Clarkson -- and headed into the final against Avril Lavogne or Joe Jonas -- if the current lead holds. Perhaps a vote or two or TWENTY might help.

Wow! Not only am I now green, with green stars, but I am a "vocal virtuoso." What a wonderful Christmas present. Thank you, Q3. Well deserved! The One and Only, Cassie!

THR Hollywood Reporter Adam Lambert Returns to U.S. After Finland Arrest bit.ly/tPEaWR3 minutes ago Adam Lambert Returns to U.S. After Finland Arrest9:25 AM PST 12/26/2011 by Michael O'Connell The "American Idol" alum and boyfriend Sauli Koskinen made it back in time for Christmas after an altercation landed them in jail last week.Adam Lambert is back in the United States after his Dec. 22 arrest in Helsinki, Finland. The 29-year-old singer and former American Idol contestant arrived in Los Angeles on Sunday with boyfriend Sauli Koskinen, reports TMZ. more... I love to analyze how the media chooses its words in stories, and how that slants the story one way or the other. In this one, the words "bar brawl" have been changed to "altercation" and "skirmish." Much less violence in that description. They were "detained" by the police, not arrested. Adam was ONLY in jail for several hours, and has spent DAYS since offering "mea culpas" -- to me the words mean "admission of wrong doing and heartfelt apologies" rather than another article which called Adam's tweets "non-apologies." In sum, this article carries a much more favorable, much less sensational "slant". Cassie, thanks for the summary. I'm reluctant to give this "news" any more clicks. Gimme news about the music!!!!! Yesterday my brother-in-law who knows I'm a major stan was asking what the latest was in "Adam's world". My daughter rolled her eyes (she's a major fan, but these stories frankly gave her pause until I reminded her that it was a good thing that the press didn't capture a couple of her "strays from the straight and narrow path"), which led to an explanation about the altercation, that then turned to his EMA performance and his new music. Brother-in-law thought the altercation news was a tempest in a teacup ;D

From @_tinsku Tiina: great screen cap - both smiling with no sign of annoyance Sauli's very-Europian-hat makes me smile too Adam's look is cracking me up, especially since it was around 75 degrees at the time! Someone mentioned the paps "hanging around LAX hoping Adam would show up" in last night's thread. I am pretty sure this is the international terminal, so the pap was probably just hanging around hoping any celeb would show up!

Dress for the place I'm leaving rather than the place I'm landing.

Congratulations on the "Vocal Virtuoso" designation, Cassie! Well deserved and much appreciated by all of us, I'm sure. Loved the calendar you put together, received it just in time for Christmas!

Brother-in-law thought the altercation news was a tempest in a teacup ;D I didn't give many clicks to articles with the initial story, but I make a point of clicking these follow-up ones. Too many don't do any follow-ups, and often leave the readers with a totally wrong impression. So I just want them to know that follow-up stories do have readers.
