I have a folder that is labeled ADAM AND TOMMY and it contains these videos that never fail to make me laugh or smile. Sexy, sexy, sexy. Tommy was a wonderful foil for Adam's onstage antics.

Needacoke and I met for breakfast yesterday AM while she was on the way home from Cinci. It was so great to get together again and talk all things Adam and even get to know more about each other. She took a picture and possibly can share it on twitter, if you are interested. The folks around us at Cracker Barrel, thought us a little crazy, but we had fun! Another friendship created and grown by Adam and this board. If any of you ever get the opportunity to reach out to others to meet in person, DO It. It has always been a wonderful experience for me! So my Best of 2011 was getting to know you all betterer and this wonderful man we stan - Adam.

But Adam's American and we know he won't even take his shirt off in public! I'm having fun a hard time visualizing this. That's too bad. Ha, Ha.

But Adam's American and we know he won't even take his shirt off in public! I'm having fun a hard time visualizing this. It's totally possible that he went with Sauli alone, and I don't think they would have any problems getting nekkid with each other... ;D The point of sauna is to relax, just enjoy of the warmth, and let all your worries go... and that includes also possible clothing issues. It is customary to go there naked, but if someone feels it's uncomfortable, then they can use, for example, swimsuits. It's totally okay. I think there was a bathing suit or something similar involved. I don't know about any of you, but relaxing isn't something I would use to describe sitting naked with my boyfriend's family the first time I met them. We Americans!! So uptight!

Since there are a lot of posts complaining about subjects being brought up again or not let go I thought it would be a perfect time to remind everyone of something to keep in mind when reading on any message board. Not a lecture just a tip on interpretation.
Not everyone is reading along as things happen. When people are catching up often posts are made in response to older posts in the thread and without the knowledge that the discussion has moved on from there.
For a very long time I would not post at all until I was caught up reading the thread because I didn't want to disrupt discussion with old points. But this meant that I ended up not posting at all.
Then I tried just being very diligent about saying up front that I was not caught up and just wanted to comment, etc. But as time goes on that gets old and tiresome and I tend to forget.
Rule of thumb for me is that when a subject is suddenly raised again I try to just assume that the poster is just catching up and is unaware the topic has moved on. Saves me a lot of irritation.
Another clue is if they are responding to a post take a look at when that post was made and if it is from much earlier then again they just aren't caught up.
I find that most of the time the seemingly unending discussions are the result of not everyone being on the same page at the same time.
This point is ESPECIALLY relevant on this board because of the fact that we have MANY active contributors from different timezones all over the world. Everyone SHOULD have the opportunity to discuss whatever is going on but that means that those who are in it from the beginning need to recognize that others may still have things to say.
My New Years resolution is to resolve to be a compassionate poster and realize that not everyone has a chance to read all the back posts. Some people have to just jump in and post even if they don't have time to catch up because otherwise we wouldn't get to hear from them at all and that would be unfair.
DISCLAIMER: I have been participating in message boards since the very beginning of them both with early USENET and Compuserve so this is really just message board manners but doesn't really get taught the way it used to in the early days.

The key is to do it gently at first, to see, how much you tolerate. It's got nothing to do with the idea of causing pain, it's just, like you said, to stimulate the blood circulation at the surface of your skin and to invigorate you. And you use very thin branches, not thick ones, so they are actually very soft when they have leaves on them. Oh yeah, that's an essential thing - the leaves are still in the branches - forgot to mention that! ;D Ah, with the leaves on, it sounds even better. I'm now wishing there was a traditional Finnish sauna nearby so I could try it out. Yes, soft leaves on the branches makes a huge difference! Do the leaves have medicinal value? I think it may be more common for people to soak in hot tubs here rather sit in saunas. Personally, I prefer that because my head is out in the fresh air. Clothing is optional in some circles, particularly Burning Man type circles of friends.

Maybe Adam and Sauli had the sauna alone without family members.

:oYou will not believe how funny/despair moments I spend, when I try to translate your texts in Finnish. Especially long texts are difficult, and I try to translate them through google; the result completely incomprehensible mess ???. This is truly a university in the English language to me.
