I HATE THIS POLL!!!! >:( This, to me, is infuriating. "21 of the Queerest Songs..." What the hell! It belittles and marginalizes so-called "queer" artists. Why don't they have a like poll for "straight" artists. Adam didn't sing "queer" songs. He sang beautiful songs. He is not "sexy queer." He is sexy. period. Adam.Is.An.Artist. period. He.Is.Gay.period. Damn! Artists are artists. *smokecomingfromears* Doesn't this bother anyone else? I don't know why any Adam fans are voting on this shitty poll. :-/ This is a gay fan site, so, they are voting for gay artists. The language is appropriate for their readers.

I never knew that Huffington Post is a gay site. I still think it marginalizes gay artists. Why not a poll for all artists. Surely their gay readers do not just listen to gay singers. Or "queer" as they say. Still hate it. Hit my last nerve.

adamlambertAdam Lambert Happy Birthday Bro!!Adam is up early!!! I was laughing so hard when I saw it's Neil's birthday today I like it when siblings have close birth dates, may be because my sister and I have a week between our birthdays - we often scare people saying this (we usually skip to mention the years between us) My brother was born on Jan 28th and I was born on July 28th. For the longest time my brother thought we were 6 months apart in age. He was very confused when in 3rd grade he learned that a term birth is 9 months. He raised his hand and questioned his teacher knowing that in his case this just couldn't be true. We still laugh about his disbelief when learning the true facts of life.

Or "queer" as they say. Still hate it. Hit my last nerve. It's Huff Post's "Gay Voices" section. IMO it's about celebration, not marginalization. It's nice that Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin and Adam are on it, but really it's more important for the lesser known artists on the list who make great music but are often ignored by the mainstream music press to get coverage and support.

Because they are celebrating those artists in the LGBT community who have made important contributions to music this year. They had this to say at the top of the slideshow: I don't see where they say that gay people have to listen to music from only gay artists. They are just acknowledging the best songs of 2011 from gay artists.

Or "queer" as they say. Still hate it. Hit my last nerve. Huffington Post has an entire division called Gay Voices; it's like a sub-department for gay news written by mostly gay reporters, I believe. This was written by Noah Michelson; his bio: Noah Michelson is the Editor of Gay Voices at The Huffington Post. Noah received his MFA in Poetry from New York University and his poems have been featured in The New Republic, The Best American Erotic Poetry from 1800 to the Present, and other publications. Before joining The Huffington Post, Noah served as Senior Editor at Out magazine and he has also contributed to Details and served as a commentator for the BBC. My guess is he is a gay reporter who specializes in gay media, therefore the verbiage, though a little squicky on first read for me too, is not out of line. Also, Sasha tweeted she would be seeing Neil tonight – party!!! ETA: LOL, I guess we all said the same thing.

Was looking back on those and they were so good!!!! ETA: Yes, it is from the bonus clip where he is talking about kissing girls was fun, even if something was missing.
