Well, Oliver has sure landed in a relationship with lots of socializing. Seems like he enjoys it. One thing Adam has is LOTS of friends. Alisan looks like she could have that baby any second!
So, Brian and Roger are hinting that they MAY do a few dates in the US? WOW! That's big news! Hope they do it!

Thank you for reminding me once again of my "flail and gush days". The red leather combo from the TOH era was also really sharp. I am not visually a fan of the "Velvet" era though the well tailored Edward Sexton suites were gorgeous. |

Sizzling, I think you share my taste in Adam fashion lol. Not a fan of the Velvet style either, but overall I'm not a fan of the 70's style to begin with, including hair fashions. I did love the Edward Sexton suits...they were so gorgeous...hope we get to see them again.
Re Oliver, wonder what he thinks of Adam's friends. Not sure how large Oliver's circle of friends is back home, but Adam has quite a crowd that has been with him for a really long time. It must be a bit overwhelming to meet so many new people...but then, I'm an introvert and meeting new people isn't my thing at all lol.
Interesting reading parts of Roger's interview. I'm not always sure Roger and Brian share the same ideas as far as touring and sets, etc...I'm betting there are many discussions involved before decisions are made. Roger talks about new additions or changes to the set, but Brian seems more than happy to stick with the same songs, so we'll see if anything happens. And before I get excited about QAL coming to the US, we'll see first if Europe happens. Really hope it does...fingers crossed!

Since the question already popped up twice today: I‘ve been following Oliver on IG for a while now. He’s at least as sociable as Adam. Really. While he was still in Kopenhagen, he was with friends every day. Not always the same, but a core group and many others. The closest 8 or so celebrated New Year’s Eve with Adam and Oliver. Oliver is used to be with people. I think he’s outgoing and usually rather extrovert. |

Thanks, Nightowl. I'm not on Instagram, or even Twitter, so I don't follow these people. I always look at Adam's life from the perspective of an introvert, so such a large crowd of friends would be overwhelming for me. But if Oliver is an extrovert, I'm sure he has no such issues. But meeting new people in a whole different country does put an interesting spin on it...I moved here from Germany and I didn't speak English (I was 13), so anytime I met new people it was daunting.
Thanks for keeping us educated on all things Oliver.

With you on his Velvet styling …some of this suits were incredible. 😆His hair (extensions and facial)…seems his bohemian phase is over (for now— at least hoping). Must have liked that truck driver look! Haha Oliver’s Instagram photos include many, many friends. Definitely some who are best of friends, that he sees a lot, travels with etc….but lots more show up at diff times. No shortage of gal pals. He seems to have a pal he has done adventure training and competitions with. The upcoming tour is TAXING, —2 shows, then a day off, and on rare occasions with an extra day or so between gigs. The production is so huge …and so expensive for shipping around…one wonders if a “few gigs” in the US would be worth it. Another Vegas run has limited seating which is less income but less wear and tear, less production to ship. |
