Oliver moderated a discussion of the Global Fashion Agenda-summit and posted a link to the video. If you’re interested in sustainable sunglasses, you should watch it. Hint: Oliver wrote that it was his first time being a moderator, so viewers should excuse his nervousness at the beginning. youtu.be/3XWqS83q0gsHe did a realllly great job….very fluid in his questions. He has a mastery of English. Very minor nerves at the start ….womans versus women ….and after that was on a roll. i wonder how many languages he speaks? It was rare that any accent “came through”….means he probably learned English at an early age. Jealous…but my own fault for not pursuing a second language. Only cursory French from school days. After love at first sight with Sauli and the initial language barriers, Javi and Oliver’s ability with languages , I would think—would certainly help with developing relationships on different levels with Adam. Language is the key, IMO. According to his Facebook page (and to a few sentences I‘ve seen on his Instagram) Oliver also speaks German. It’s normal for Danish kids to learn English and German in school. They get used to English from early on, because many movies don’t get synchronized. They are only aired with Danish subtitles. I don’t know, how it had been when Oliver was in school, but today Danish kids start their first language in English or German not later than 1st grade. The other one follows in grade 5, if I‘m not mistaken. If they want to learn a third language, then they can start that in grade 7 or depending on the school a bit later. Because Denmark is small and trades mainly with Germany, the Danish economy asked for better language skills (mostly in German). So all students start to study languages now even earlier than before. They had already been really good in foreign languages, but not as good as some generations before.

Wow! So cool to hear Oliver speak English! He pretty much accent-free, although I do love accents! He is very well-spoken and confident. Seems very smart about the business he is in. It's easy to see why Adam is attracted to him. It's more than just being cute. Oliver is on his own path, with or without Adam. That's a good sign.

The system Oliver grew through certainly opens doors for business and connecting throughout the world. 🤗
