I had the same experience. I simply sent an email to the help address listed in the reminder email, and they fixed it within a few minutes. I just gave them the order number and the date I purchased, not sure if that's necessary but it does not hurt. this would be the email from Looped? I figured I would wait until tomorrow and try again...maybe it takes a bit to link up. Don't know how these things work. No Cap was really easy for the Roxy tickets, but maybe purchasing the ticket through Adam Official this time made it a bit more complicated. Thanks for the advice, Kryptoman. I had a similar problem, and Looped's support was super responsive, within minutes of the email(s) I sent ... in my case, it turned out I was at fault, had purchased the ticket weeks ago accidentally using an email address I never use, then I was trying to access the link with my regular email address. Once I figured that out the problem disappeared. So don't hesitate to contact support@loopedlive.com
