Thanks so much for bringing over all the tweets, pics, and videos (that I'm trying to ignore lol).  That boy better sing CLYG on Friday...that's all I have to say  Hahah. I am trying hard as well. I just keep scrolling by all the great videos (I will come back to them after his streaming event) but I am ready to crank up the volume on Friday for CLCG! He better have some voice left. haha Of course he will- if this was anyone else they would not even attempt to hit the stratosphere night after night.  I'm sure he'll be in fine form, as always. I'm so excited that I'm even planning on having a glass of wine while I'm watching. It'll be a wild time lol. |

Catching up on recent vids. This current residency is reminding me so much of his GNT in 2010. Just so Glam Rock. My fav Adam. Great to see. Taking the gloves off, so to speak. Back to the outfits, and the heavy makeup. You're right, very reminiscent of GNT, early Adam. Which makes me even more sad that the "Velvet" era was cut short. I loved everything about his look and those fantastic suits. Stylish, edgy and elegant and not so heavy. Even the makeup was a bit more glam than he had worn in years but light enough not to be distracting. Hair was always beautiful and not shaved, lol. And the music was great. Always loved his QAL outfits too. Of course he did say he could no longer fit into designer clothes. Not sure if he was just joking tho. I am enjoying the setlist that he has been doing now. All albums and some Queen represented. And his voice is another level. |

I really enjoyed listening to the audio stream of the current show as it has more of a rock edge to me and it contains many of my favorite songs. Additionally, Adam seems to be in top form vocally. Regarding the outfits, the hair, and the heavy and bedazzled make-up, I thought to myself that Adam is probably extra "excited" to celebrate Halloween month and we'll see what's next. Glam Rock didn't even come to mind though it looks like he moved on from the Velvet era. I am wondering, has Adam ever performed so many covers before? |

I watched it all on Youtube where it gets posted in full without commercials the next day. And yes, "Tina" won. It would have been really awkward to pick the impersonator who had only done it twice over the one who has been doing it for years. |
