Installed Google Chrome just ot see if it works and it seems to! Just have to remember the steps to get the thing going on Friday. Should be pretty easy. If you have logged in already and updated your profile, just enter the URL, app.loopedlive.com/experiences and it should come up with a screen that shows You're Going on the left side of the screen and when you scroll down, you'll see JOIN NOW to click on a few hours before it starts. |

Really cool that several fans shared their experiences with the virtual M&Gs. Adam all down to earth without make-up and OTT clothing from the comfort of his home was a refreshing change, and it was really good to see the enthusiasm of so many fans on twitter and some of them posted here. I watched Dancing with the Stars tonight, as usual, and next week they will perform to the music of QUEEN!!! My immediate thought was how great it would be if Adam was invited to perform, until soon after they advertised for the Queen Family Singalong on 11/4, and they showed glimpses of Adam at least twice, so that made me really happy   |

For anyone struggling with Looped - you have to sign up with the same email you used to purchase your ticket.
Go to Loopedlive.com
Create an account using same email you used to buy your ticket (very important - it won't work if you use an different email - learned that one the hard way 🙄)
Go to My experiences
Click on My orders and your Adam event ticket should be there.

I followed your directions,bridgeymah,but I couldn't get to click on My orders. I purchased my ticket weeks ago ----had to cancel my trip to Vegas for health reasons and now I'm so frustrated! It shouldn't be this hard to access our tickets  |
