Dropping this here from yesterday's thread... For anyone struggling with Looped - you have to sign up with the same email you used to purchase your ticket. Go to Loopedlive.com Create an account using same email you used to buy your ticket (very important - it won't work if you use an different email - learned that one the hard way 🙄) Go to My experiences Click on My orders and your Adam event ticket should be there. I tried this and it said I didn't have any tickets. Now w hat? I was in the same boat, registered with the correct email, clicked on My Experiences, nothing there. So I sent an email to support@loopedlive.com, told them the number of my purchase from the Adam Store, and within 15 minutes they fixed it. Some people here have reported longer times, but eventually it gets sorted out. Try emailing support@loopedlive.com and ask them for help, they seem very supportive. |

I emailed Looped, and this was the response I got:
Since the purchases are being made through our partner for this event we have to wait for them to provide us with the list of purchasers. Once they do we upload everyone and then the event will appear. This just means we still have to receive the list with your purchase.

When I accidentally used the wrong email to sign up that's what I used to sort out the snaffu. Good luck! |

Okay, so I‘ve hope. 😁 The reply is a bit surprising though, because even if you Click on the „Buy a ticket“-button in the LoopedLive homepage, you are sent to Adam’s homepage. So it’s only possible to buy from that outside vendor. |
