Looks like another layer on the platform boots from Burning Man. Scraping down through the layers on those boots would be like discovering the history of an historic house, except it would be the Lambert costume history.

This costume is magnificent! He had to have had help with it. It's so detailed and elaborate. It's one of his best ones, IMO. I guess he was tired of all the vampires. LOL Loved his comments to the paps. He's so funny and quick.
And Oliver is darling as a pirate. A great pair for the sea theme.
