So I did some research and found out there's drama behind that Xtina IG story:
Apparently Xtina was asked about Britney last night on the red carpet of the Latin Grammys, and her publicist pushed it away, so Xtina could only say she was happy for her and nothing more.
Britney posted this red carpet clip in her IG stories and wrote that refusing to speak when you know the truth is equivalent to a lie.
But Xtina had tweeted about Britney back in June, and that's the tweet that Adam IG'ed.
BTW, did Adam delete it? I don't see it in his IG stories.

Hoping the London trip is leading up to something big! And Starstruck is not all that far off, either. Hope it gets lots of buzz, esp. for Adam.

In the meanwhile, Cover Bands is fun, too. And the contestants seem to know they are in the presence of greatness when they perform for the great Adam Lambert.

I read about that and was a bit disappointed. Britney has been thu a lot. But I hope she will spend her time and energy putting her life back together instead of going after other artists who are not sufficiently talking about her. Other artists can support and be happy for you without trying to involve themselves in your situation. Some artists can't resist inserting themselves in everyone else's drama. Maybe that is not Xtina's thing. Seemed Xtina was being respectful and wishing her well. She said nothing negative about Britney but was dragged anyway.
