Is Adam impersonating those voices in the TikTok, or is he lip syncing to a movie scene?

Adam's IG story.. I'm sure he can relate.Yep. In addition to that I'm sure Adam can relate to a lot of what Adele does. She is a smart lady. She makes music for adults but casts a wide net that brings the youngsters to her music as well. She has even been played on rock radio. And it works for her. This article is about her new album. www.yahoo.com/entertainment/adele-says-music-for-adults-doing-therapy-201420879.htmlAdele says her music is for '30- and 40-year-olds who are all committing to themselves and doing therapy'
The beloved songstress, 33, believes that she's creating music for an older population that is avidly working on themselves, rather than younger folks who spend their time on the popular video-focused social networking site. "The 30- and 40-year-olds who are all committing to themselves and doing therapy, that’s my vibe, ’cause that’s what I was doing," she explained in a conversation with Zane Lowe for Apple Music earlier this week. The issue of appealing to a younger population came up frequently during the production of 30, Adele's latest album that largely deals with the singer's 2019 split from her husband, Simon Konecki, with whom she has a 9-year-old son, Angelo. “As we were wrapping it up with the mixing and all that, the conversation of TikTok came up a lot,” the singer told Lowe. “So I’m like, Tik-a-Tok-a-Who? They’re like, ‘We’ve really gotta make sure that these 14-year-olds know who you are.’ I’m like, ‘But they’ve all got moms. They’ve all got moms and they’ve definitely been growing up listening to my music, these 14-year-olds and stuff like that.’” “If everyone’s making music for the TikTok, who’s making music for my generation? Who’s making the music for my peers? I will do that job, gladly," she explained. “I’d rather cater to people that are on my level in terms of the amount of time we’ve spent on Earth and all the things we’ve been through."

I'm wondering if someone here can help me. Lately, I hardly see anyone's post - - - just their name and an empty box where the post should be. Or, I'll see the comment the poster opens with, but no photo or story or item they've brought over to the forum; again, just an empty space. I can't figure this out! Help!

I love Adam's Tik Toks! No doubt about it. He can deliver a line with real pizzazz! Hope some TV and movie peeps out there will notice! And yes, Adam is just lip synching the dialogue. Great job, too!

And as for Adele, she was wise to both identify and feel her niche audience right off the bat. Her appeal is very broad and younger fans find it cool to like her. So she's accepted easily by a huge audience, Adam has not had that same identity issue. He was on Idol at the old end of the age limit, so he was kind of past the teen audience from the get-go. (even though we know he younger fans). I know his open and sometimes over-the-top gay identity is too much for some. And his music is a real mix of genres, which can be a plus or a minus at times. With his obvious vocal prowess, he should have large appeal to same audience that Adele has, but he's far edgier and riskier (ex. his gay male video at this Vegas shows).
I don't think he will ever have that more mainstream Adele-type fanbase. I really don't. We diehard love him for what he is, with all the complications that go with it. But even with that voice, those good looks and that wonderful personality, he is just not everyone's cup of tea. Glad he's doing other things, too. Animation work, etc. More to come, I hope.

Great job, too! I think the only thing I watched was Ratatouille which I hope got him noticed. Definitely watched very little of the makeup, lol. But it does not hurt, and could help, for him to engage on any platform. Re Adele: Most gay nor straight have her level of reach and success. She is in a different zone than most everyone else. I'm not a big fan of Adele's but her success is hers. And I do prefer her over the pop divas who dance more than they sing, lol. But I was not comparing Adam's success or opportunities to hers. I think he is a lot better than many out there but has not received the massive exposure of many others and probably never will. But he has done well for himself and I look forward to more to come from him.
