I don't think anyone here has been cruel about Adam. Or sending him hurtful tweets or on his Instagram posts. But no politics. Weight. Makeup. Looks or style. Even with performances, looks and style will come into play. They always have. What are we left to comment about, his love life and Oliver?

I believe that we as a group have held our tongues for the most part.. we're here because we love Adam.. Should we hide our feelings and not be honest ,when all we do is care for him.We have been very sensitive where Adam is concerned..We only want the best for him..
Adam isn't stupid or blind.. He knows himself very well ... He also knows his fans very well. The truth is the truth... He has always until Covid been very much into looking his best ... He has acknowledged in the past that his appearance is part of the whole package not just his exquisite voice.

The constant censoring of this site is pretty much why we've lost a majority of our posters.
Like Lurleene says above, what the heck are we supposed to talk about? The weather? The boyfriends... only certain people don't want to hear about those either.
This place is going to be a dead zone pretty soon.

It’s a sad thing, if people here think, this page would die, if Adam’s weight wasn’t the topic every time a new picture comes up. Maybe it really should die then.

Just saying. that isn't what I said...at all. I said the constant censoring is what's making people leave. I haven't seen anybody being mean...and it's hard to argue that he's gained a lot of weight. He knows it, and I'm sure he'll be in shape for next year's tour. I personally don't care what weight he feels comfortable with, and I have no room to talk since I have plenty of weight to lose myself. But there are people that don't want to talk about his makeup, don't want to talk about his music, don't want to talk about the boyfriends, don't want to talk about the clothes. Everybody has an objection to something...where is the line? And what exactly are we ok to talk about? I'm pretty sure the mods have chimed in about this before...maybe they could reiterate. |
