I’ve only just seen Adam’s tweet about ‘covid is queen of cancel culture’. Immediately made me wonder if he had it and had to cancel plans…. Or perhaps it was just a comment.  |

Maybe it was about his planned christmas party - but his friends Terrance, Anthony and Johnny weren't able to come, because they were stuck in quarantine in Ney York City. According to Johnny's Instagram they was only yesterday, on Christmas Say, finally able to leave their hotel and fly home to LA. After 10 days or so in that hotel. So Adam did party on an very small scale. I only saw a short video from Jovan ,who was at Adam's house and singing a Christmas carol into his phone. So Adam and Oliver are most likely fine, just kepping it private. About Oliver and his studies: According to Oliver's Facebook page, he's only studying at UCLA until February 8th and also still studying at Copenhagen Business School, with the aim to achieve his degree in june this year. So it could be Oliver's plan to go back to Denmark come February for the last semester of his studies to complete them. |

nightowl, that you for the info on Oliver's situation and on Adam's Xmas party. Too bad he couldn't have all the friends he invited, but I'm sure they had a fine time anyway.
I had a feeling that Oliver might be going back to Denmark in due time, even if he comes back to the US when his studies are completed. He sounds like a man with plan for his future and someone who values his education. I respect him for that.

I think there is enough information out there about the easy transmission of Omicron that most people who want to be careful are trying to use their best judgement. We limited our Christmas Dinner and gathering to 10 people. 8 adults who were fully vaxed and boosted. 2 children under 12 who are scheduled for their Covid vaccines the 1st week of Jan. They did not get them sooner as their doctor wanted them to get their flu shots first then he scheduled the Covid shots for a month later. In the meantime, the new variant exploded so the parents regretted not getting them vaxed sooner. So they reduced the number of people that would have been invited as a precaution. I think many will make adjustments for NYE as well. Hopefully the worst will pass in the next month or so and we can all better manage with some safety measures still in place.
I hope Brian is on his way to a full recovery!

I just won’t be surprised, if Oliver goes back to Denmark in February. Maybe Adam will go with him, travel to London from time to time for his musical or whatever and then in May it’s hopefully QAL time for Adam! After that Oliver has hopefully completed his degree. He could go on for his master or look for a job. |
