Maybe pop/rock sound? Like I said before, kinda like Pink who does that genre well. But yeah mostly pop sounding tho I suspect. Yes!!! I've always seen Adam more as a male P!NK, not a male Gaga! A rock/pop album, in the style of P!NK, would blow my mind! You should have been there! Unbelievable! ;D

I am so jealous of yall that live right there where Adam lives! To be able to go to some of his performances there in LA, how lucky you are!

Just curious, where did the term "stan" come from? Was enlightened last week with the convo about "shipping", but have never really known the origin of "stanning" Google is not my friend, sorry......

Q3 - ITA with your comments on the stalking article. I didn't realize it was you I was reading at first, but whenever a comment strikes me as ultra logical and based on fact it usually ends up being yours! (that's why I wasn't surprised that your speech went so well) I'm at work so I haven't read the article yet, but yesterday I saw some complaints about "stalking" Adam in CO. As soon as we figured out that the airport photo was real, I remember thinking that when he realized he wasn't recognized (or at least not tweeted about), he took matters into his own hands. What he GIVES us, isn't stalking. IMHO
On the otherhand, I cringe when I see the mama bear responses to real or perceived slights on the web or in other outlets. Sometimes, it seems obvious that the comments are designed just to get the knee jerk responses that always come. And the responses DO come, and IMHO they often do Adam's reputation more harm than good. This is like "stalking" everyone else on Adam's behalf. I would love just seeing a few brief well-worded responses to set the record straight or whatever instead of some of the OTT rants that are fine here, but seen differently outside our bubble.
Sorry my response is so late. Work reared it's ugly head in the middle of my comment. LOL

Ironically, (considering my last post) I think stan is a "stalking fan". At least something like that.

Casual musings......Lately, we've seen a few appearances by Florence, of Florence and the Machine, singing non-album related songs (like at the Oscars). People are really acknowledging and appreciating her great voice. My wish is that Adam would be approached to perform something on TV that would really showcase that out-of-this-world voice. I really don't understand why that isn't happening. Heck, I think Santana would have been well served to include a song with Adam on his album.

Ironically, (considering my last post) I think stan is a "stalking fan". At least something like that. Yes, that is where the word comes from, originally. However, now it is used to describe a fan that follows everything about a star and posts and is on fan sites and twitter, goes to multiple shows, etc. You know, like us! It doesn't necessarily mean stalking as in "walking up and down the streets of Hollywood trying to find Adam ."

This is cute. GlamRockGodUK UK Glambert Carol YAY!! Sure Fire Winners by Adam Lambert is a pre game ritual usustatesman.com/kaneshiro-s-ho… 3 minutes ago (Kaneshiro is a SENIOR INFIELDER at Utah State softball team) Kaneshiro’s home run record, a long time in the making "Kaneshiro also enjoys the pre-game rituals that her team and coaches perform before every game, some of which include a nice hotel continental breakfast and getting her hair done in the hotel room before piling on the bus with the rest of the team. While on the bus, the whole team keeps loose by singing and dancing to the pump-up mix tape their coaches made. A few standout tracks, according to Kaneshiro, are Adam Lambert's "Sure fire winners" and Kaneshiro's own personal walk-up song "Remember the name" by Fort Minor. After the bus ride, it is just getting warmed up on the field." Link: www.usustatesman.com/kaneshiro-s-home-run-record-a-long-time-in-the-making-1.2502631
