I just went back to the pictures I have saved of Adam and Sauli together and in them I haven't seen him with a ring on that finger  I have seen other rings on his other fingers though ??? in other photos. Again it could be just the romantic in me  time will tell. |

LOL, kittykay, that video definitely brightened my mood. The muppets and "Sesame Street" is so funny and clever. Not looking forward to getting back into the commute-work grind. I should be focusing on what an exciting year it will be, both personally and in Adam land.  HAPPY BIRTHDAY DONTSHAKEMYTREEI don't see a ring when I blew the pic up. He definitely has one on his middle finger and it looks like something beige on his ring finger and something on his pinkie. Well, no rush. Just glad they are happy and content right now. OT, but on the flip side of romance ... I made the mistake of reading a Sauli blog translation that flew by on twitter - okay, it gave me the gist of what he was saying - but it sounded awkward and very "un-Sauli-like" (If I can presume to guess how he would speak  ).....then I read Sauli Central and our resident experts' version - so much better! Kudos to you both! Do NOT worry about taking the time you need, I'll wait patiently. Oh and Adam? Holidays are over, darlin' BRING ON THE PROMO!! ;D

Just tested cause birthdays and mine only shows up on the calendar when I turn "show age" ON. Once I turn it off then I'm no longer on it. So yeah, I think if you want a birthday cake then your age will show up in your profile (luckily it doesn't show under your avi when posting though)

I figure when the time comes I'll just announce it myself that's what I did, tinafea (after *stamping foot* over no cake)! my b-day is hidden on my profile and wasn't on the front page or the calendar. I checked all the other peeps listed on my calendar day and they all display their birthdays, so that must be key. anyhow.... happy birthday to everyone, both hidden and "out"! and welcome to all our delurkers and newbies! :D |

As many times as we all say thank you it could never be enough thanks for the work you do. I inferred a hint of apology for the time it takes you to properly translate, or for the steps you take to do so- no need for that AT ALL. You do far more for us than translate. Translate is word=word and what you are doing is giving us a small peek into Sauli's thoughts and personality. As an English only speaker what I missed most in "meeting" Sauli was my inability to "get" him and your work has helped me accomplish that to some degree. What makes him laugh, what concerns him, how he views the world, and so on. So thank you so much for that. It means so much to all of us. And if you are ever tired, or sick, or rushed and have no time PLEASE do not stress yourself about getting a translation done for us at the speed of light. We understand!! I was wondering if anyone noticed something in yesterday's thread about the large picture of Adam and Sauli sitting at the table with Sauli's arm around Adam. I don't recall seeing it before and with all the talk about their relationship seeming to be at a more higher level, it looks like Sauli is wearing a new ring on the "important" ring finger. It could be wishful thinking but it was something that caught my eye while I was looking at it for hours I mean minutes. Anyone else think it might be new?? Yes; I thought the same thing too, but no one mentioned it so I thought I was seeing things. I didn't notice a ring, but I did notice that it was Sauli's hand on Adam's shoulder instead of vice versa. Usually Adam has an arm around Sauli or a hand lying casually on his shoulder in an almost proprietary fashion. But this photo had Sauli being all proprietary, as in "He's mine mine mine!" My first thought was that it was related to The Incident somehow- something in their relationship has shifted, or settled, or become more clear somehow. Could be hokum but it is what I choose to believe. |

Since it's a relatively slow day, here's some entertainment for you from YT. Adam's hips are well represented here and also Sauli makes an appearance in some very feminine apparel. ADam Lambert - Body Language The Eriskay 2.01.2012 I quite enjoyed watching that--thanks!!! Just want to add my "WOW" to Mia and Zinnia for all your work translating. Without you we would not "know" Sauli like we do--and their love story is getting better by the day. Something HAS changed between them and it is more fun to witness than any romance movie I've ever seen. Their faces are just beaming! Amazing that as up-on-a-pedestal we have Adam, he has somehow found someone who measures up for us. |

Why, oh why, do I let myself get caught up in these silly polls? Adam made it to the final round of Q102's Greatest Jingle Ball Performer contest, and right now he's losing to Avril Lavigne, so I feel obligated to throw him some votes. I think the poll only lasts a week so I figure I can do my part. Still haven't figured out what he gets out of any of these polls, but I just can't let him lose, y'know? Sorry, to "shake your tree," but Sauli almost ALWAYS has the proprietary arm around Adam's shoulder in every photo they've published together, from Rakastan on. Or he has his hand on Adam's chest in Brooke's wedding photos. So their body language is nothing new. But it's still sweet. Here are two examples, but have to leave for work.
