1.3.12 Adam News and Info

Thank you for all the welcoming wishes! And yes I am a Finn living in Finland - and I am actually a pisces, sorry. I might not be posting very often, but never say never... However, at least this January looks like it will be full of work and other RL stuff, although I have an interest in this single (and later album) promotion period because I have been working in the industry in my earlier days. Only on the other side... we were arranging concerts and festivals. I have been listening to all kinds of music after that but have paid less attention to radio and magazines than I used to. It has been very interesting to look up what publications still exist, what is new on that front, and even more interesting what has happened because of wider use of internet (which was not that important in the 90's). This is a whole new world and media used in the music marketing.

Well, I have been adventurous in the world of internet during the past few years after getting broadband connection, and more importantly, a better PC exploring music on YT which led me to Queer As Folk and then to fanfiction and other shows. I have also been watching Big Brother Finland and their fan action for several years. Adamtopia seems to combine lot of my earlier interests in a new way and I am excited to see where it leads me this spring. And I guess I will be following the path like every other fan.

But that's maybe too much of me already, let's get back to the topic. I have a question: what happened with Monte? Somebody in the thread suggested something to do with the pre-AI tapes. I just thought that he had something else in mind for the next year as in working closer to home having small children. I tried to scroll through Adam's twitter followings but did I get it right that Monte (or his wife) are no longer there? That might suggest some break-up but am I inventing things in my mind here?

Of course, I do enjoy pictures of the happy couple, too. And I have a lot to learn with all the posting details, and more importantly, posting pratices here. So bear with me and feel free to give advice. Take care and let's listen to the music again!
