OTI got to looking for Adam's zebra pants and found that the Halo Media YouTube for the Y100 Jingle Ball has gone private. The download links at Devenlane's blog and On The Roof Seeking Proof no longer work. It dawned on me to check my own computer and, duh, there it was. I had probably downloaded from Deven, when her Mediafire link first went up. Adam in those silver pants for 10 min is a thing of beauty. However, the vid only contains clips and not the complete concert. Did anyone besides me immediately think "naughty" thoughts when we thought it was an eye infection? No? Just me, huh? ;D Naughty to scary. Respect all too much to discuss my automatic painfully protective thoughts but feel free to DM me. (I've seen waay too much as a field researcher in the sexual health and prevention field.) Once again this place has helped me let go of stories, fears based in past work experience. Soo deeply thankful to let go and move the freak on. Ahhhh thank you Adamtopia. Another important lesson learned. Of course it is a stye!! He has started using eyeliner, sharing pencils, and wearing eye makeup! |

I'm feeling excited that it seems like Adam's new song is starting to be heard all over the world - and it hasn't even had official "adds," yet, right?
And I'm glad to have a definite date to look forward to - Jan. 6 interview? I'll take it!

Yeah - that makes all the difference. We know how superb he is as an interviewee. I'm hoping for lots & lots of video interviews here and abroad. (Be prepared for every one to ask about the "Helsinki incident" however.) Well, at least maybe the Madonna, AMA and "Can you do my eyeliner?" questions are over with... : Another topic: Last night momtomany recommended a documentary about Queen. Watched part (got too late) but it is really interesting, and I will surely watch the rest. What struck me about what I've watched so far is how much and how long they struggled to "make it." They achieved what they did in spite of awful management in the beginning. It makes me thankful Adam has the support he has at this point... And I'm just waiting for the announcement about Adam singing with Queen this year. Really think Brian and Roger are thrilled to have someone who can match their style. What a year this could be!!! |

Raise your hand if you watch the Queen EMA performance everyday!  Anyway, as I was watching last night, the thought of them doing a mini tour was all I could think about. And the realization that there is no chance of failure for Adam (because he has a 'back up' job) had me grinning from ear to ear. I mean, seriously, who can say, "Ya, Queen wants me as their frontman but I want to do my own Pop music first!" |
