Adam's first show is tomorrow! YAY to any videos that might come our way! I was just wondering if anyone from Adamtopia is attending any of the shows? Nope, not me. But I'm crossing fingers and toes that we get at least snippets of songs. |

I used to travel near and far for Adam but Florida was too much for me from California this year. Plus, I am only now crawling out of my Covid hole as I am about to get my second booster. I am wondering how many Glamberts are traveling to see Adam's shows and how many "local" fans from Florida and Atlanta/Georgia will be there to see him. Edit: I know of a group of Glamberts from California, Arizona and Texas who are gathering in Florida for Adam right now, which is pretty cool. Additionally, I hope that Adam will get introduced to lots of new fans as well.  |

I think I will cry when Adam covers Brandi Carlile's "The Joke" at his concert. I hope we get to see it. I remember when she performed this at the Grammy's a few years back. I was so glad she won for her album. Not just because she is LGBT but because she delivered it with such beauty and emotion. She had no problem holding everyone's attention. I know she is considered alt-country, rock and folk, etc. but she has several #1 rock albums and charts in multiple genres. I so wish Adam had not been stuck in the pop category alone for everything when he was with a major label. Lurleene, her voice reminds me a little bit of LP...not sure my ears could take an entire album of that scratchy voice though. I'd never heard her sing before.
I like the lyrics of the song, can definitely hear Adam singing that.
