My impressions from the clips I have seen of tonight's concert: The Good The Bad and The Ugly The Good: His voice is sounding very strong and rich. He easily transitioned between light, tender, sweet, powerful, and heavy rock. Very impressive. The bad: The band sounded under-rehearsed. Some obvious flubs. What's up with that? Adam is usually such a perfectionist. The Ugly: That outfit. What's that about? Can't think of anything attractive about it. I was expecting something fashionable, with color and sparkle and maybe a little rainbow? IMHO Agree completely. He seemed to be thoroughly enjoying himself. If it wasn't hot and humid, I think he would have kept singing for another hour. The Joke was definitely the highlight for me. It was new and allowed Adam to showcase his incredible talent vocally and dramatically while the other songs are the dear friends many of us know and love. The band seemed to overpower Adam at the beginning of Come Undone unless that was when my DH sneezed. I can hardly wait to hear the audio for the entire show. The silver shirt looked great but baggie shorts, NO, PLEASE. I wish I lived in Florida, if only to be able to hear Adam sing in person. Lady Luck better bring smelling salts on May 6th.

For the songs I heard...miss seeing him live...but appreciate all those videographers out there! He was hitting all the notes...I thought his rasp was very rockish in some songs.
Did anyone comment or put up a clip of his opener Kristen?

Okay, I'm listening to the Facebook feed - OMG! the sound and vocals are amazing on it for Wicked Games and the Joke. I don't mind the shorts, better than some he's worn.

I think that outfit is perfect for this kind of show in that weather!! He looks wonderful. It seems this oversized look is the latest lol. We women have enjoyed some pretty exaggerated trends too….

My take so far:
His voice is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! STRONG AS EVER. And "The Joke" Is a strong, meaningful, lovely addition, perfect for the occasion. The setlist is strong and diverse. Perfect!
I didn't really notice any problems with the band, but of course just listening to short vid clips doesn't mean much.
As to the outfit, I thought it was fine, loose and cool, suited to the weather. I didn't really think about it one way or the other. I assume he'll change up his outfits for the other shows? Hope so! We need some glitz and glamour!!
I'm glad he addressed the Don't Say Gay thing without dwelling on it too long. Just made his point and included his personal story as well.
I hope the word will get out that this is a really good show and people should buy tickets for the rest of them. He's a rare talent that shouldn't be missed. Non-fans need to give him a try!
