Adam is looking good in the group picture above. He picked a real nice one to post on his IG. I would even like it if he didn't wear platform boots and was closer to the height of everyone else on that pic lol.

Love Shosh's smiley-face reply to the comment about a possible mini-tour on the West Coast or in Vegas. A smiley-face means that there is a possibility! She is never afraid to say NO when the answer is no. Fingers crossed that we get more solo shows later this year.
sizzling, I like that group pic, too. I have a feeling that his QAL outfits will not include kilts under baggy jeans. LOL But I think the high platform shoes are here to stay.
This mini-tour was SO good! His voice was fantastic and he had lots of energy. Love every second, goofy outfits and all.
Getting a kick out of Lady Luck. She is very funny and sure loves Adam. She's kind of a Glambert mascot or something.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if he did Vegas again solo. Or even with QAL. They might want to do something in the states without putting together a whole tour for Queen. That will give Adam time to get his rock opera and tour together which would not be ready until next year. And he will need to film either one or two tv judging shows. I am not ashamed of being greedy, lol.
And yes his voice has been great and lots of energy. I must admit, I love the more solo rock type concerts as it is all about him and his band. He gets to move, rock, dance and get funky as the mood hits him.
OT: I was looking at a special about the beginning of Mariah Carey's career last night. Geez, the many millions it cost them to launch her. I mean it worked in a big way. But Idol labels did not put up that kind of money to launch a second place finisher. And he came along much later when it would have been even more difficult and more costly. So hats off to Adam for what he was able to accomplish and at a time where there were no role models for being out in the beginning of a career.

This is for Xtra tickets I have. Because of the way they changed the order of dates, I can't stay for 3 weeks to go to all of the shows I originally bought tickets for. I have 2 tickets for the London June 20 show, but they are on opposite sides of the arena. They are transferable on AXS. I just put them up for sell on AXS. But if anyone here wants one, I will take it off resell to avoid the extra resell fees. The June 17 ticket is through TM and is supposed to be mailed to me. Does not look transferable, so I have to check into what I can do with this one. The June 14 ticket is also on AXS but is not showing up in my account. I have to track down what happened to it. |
