Just read the last post from yesterday about Brian's health. It's a bit scary. He has had more issues than we realize. Hope this tour goes well, all things considered. We have to treasure each QAL show we see. Each one is a real gift. |

girldrummer , the link to yesterday's post was taken from "Brian May – How Do You Cope? Elis and John podcast." You can read the transcript posted by pi above. Hopefully, Brian has recovered from his brown outs so that he doesn't have to be concerned during this upcoming concert tour. I could just imagine that if he involuntarily took a nap, the DEVOTED AUDIENCE would use the time to get a drink, socialize and hit the restrooms. Not a person would leave!

Fingers crossed for the QAL tour. Brian seems to have worked very hard to get himself back in touring shape physically and mentally during the shutdown and after his health issues . The commitment from this 74 year young was on full display and I hope he was successful. Want the same for the other band members. Wish we could hear about the Jubilee soon. Also hope a return to Vegas is in the works. Easier than touring so soon after Rhapsody and a chance to do something in the states.

I understand Adam's outrage. It goes along with every other social media message about how society will support families/mothers who have to continue unwanted pregnancies. The mom is not necessarily a single mom, or a rape victim, or someone with an unviable pregnancy, or a minor - well that is a rape since a minor cannot legally consent.
I will be a bit critical - the comment about what if the born child is gay is not important. The born child could have health issues related to birth or undetected genetic issues. Even if born from an intact marriage, and the abortion ban affects them too.
