Ithink if you go back to the early days you can see he has been botoxing his forehead for years...he had a wrinkled forehead in his 20's. He has acknowledged that....I think...though I could be wrong. I don't think he has had surgery but his lips and upper cheeks have had fillers...you can see differences when it is fresh and when it is not. And he has spoken of some of the aggressive remedial work he has done on his skin...which I think looks really great as he had such acne scarring from his adolescence. He is a beautiful man and a smart one so here is hoping he doesn't jeopardize that...but it is his face so  Yes, I agree with all that. About the new picture: With Adam it’s hard to tell, how truthful and real a picture really is, because he hardly posts any picture without an Instagram filter nowadays. If you look at this picture you see a perfect skin and big lips. Both are most likely the result of a filter. |

Repeated Botox for sure …..as his forehead lines have come and gone a few times. Fillers unsure. But his face has changed and I do not think it is just ageing, although Weight gain and maturity has to factor in. (As per Eber’s changes over the years) As for his lips —first I have noticed how puffy they are..so something happening there….and probably not being stung by a bee….although could be just pouting them? Haha |

As for Adam’s lips… I’ve often thought that he cuts his moustache very high above his upper lip and it gives the impression of a much fatter top lip, without any cosmetic help.
I think the change in his face is more lifestyle choice than surgery. He clearly has gained a lot of weight; I saw two shows in London and he looked like a little square box - there were no shoes high enough to compensate!
But that’s his choice, of course. He has mirrors and more incentive and resources to get in shape than almost anyone I could imagine.
I think that if he lost the weight and felt more confident in his appearance again - with more flattering clothes and less makeup to hide behind -
there’s no reason to think that the beautiful, young, sexy Adam isn’t still there…
and unbeatable!
