I think Adam had an exclusive private performance in Italy a few years ago, and was requested to sing this song. It didn't sound like today. Correct me if I am wrong. youtu.be/YHTmmc9aMqkSung in much more a pop style, whereas the version today was more classical. It also didn't have the climax of the those long sustained amazing notes

During which song(s) did Brian have a string break?

Nessun Dorma is probably the best known tenor aria. It is known for its very difficult sustained high B4, followed by an even longer A4. Sung in a powerful full voice.
The thing is, for Adam, those notes aren't even high. He sings them in multiple songs in the Queen repertoire. The high notes in WWTLF are D5s, a third of an octave higher than the highest note of Nessun. And the note Adam glides up to and holds in UP? E5. Four notes higher. Very few tenors, even classically trained, can hit and sustain those 5th octave notes.

Watching him sing this I thought what if he was cast as an opera singer in a film? It would be an incredible challenge and showcase that glorious voice. Just a thought but putting it out there. Any Pavarotti biopics in the works? I did a Google search. Could not find anything about a biopic. There was a documentary in 2019. But, there is a musical about Pavarotti opening on the London West End in 2023! www.classicfm.com/artists/luciano-pavarotti/west-end-musical-2023/
