Hubby and I went to Sweden, in part inspired by Queen performing in Stockholm, but also because hubby's sister lives there and it's been a few years since she was able to visit with us. When we got off the plane on July 15th, we had to walk in the very very cold rain to her car. It was a bit of a shock. If I had been living in hotels (albeit nice ones) and spending days and nights inside arenas, I'd probably opt for warm weather and sunshine. Sorry that you were greeted with very cold temperatures upon arrival in Sweden. I hope it got better. I bet you really enjoyed the concert though. In terms of vacation preferences, I know that most people crave the sun and the sea, and Adam is one of them. And I get it that he needed some dedicated chill time after the tour. I personally would rather go on a hiking trip in moderate climates, but I am not a rock star haha. |
