Now that you said it, do you think that is the reason he's talking a lot about idol this year and then there is the Blond's project?? I mean if you think about it dont all these things connect??? For what other reason must he have a stage costume??Unless this rumor about the Blonds isnt true.  I'm all for it!!! Would love to see him perform a song .... YES tantun positive energy!!And another thing came to my mind just now. Since it is a dance song the Blonds costume should fit exactly for a dance song right??? (OK now we're making a whole story out of nothing hahahaha but this is fun!!!) |

Happy birthday Smokeyvera and Picturepath!
I would LOVE for Adam to premier the new Aftermath on Idol as I think that would generate the most money for the Trevor Project - just not sure I would want to see him in a spkey-bejeweled corset by the Blonde(sorry, thats what I think of when I think Blondes). But having said that, I totally trust BB - we all know he is incapbable of boring!

Good Morning Everyone! So bummed i missed the flailing last night of Adam reaching 900k twitter followers! but YAY!!!! :D im flailing now :D:D:D:D Happy Birthday Smokeyvera and Picturepath!!!!!!!Haven't eaten much in the last 7 days with the flu, but that's how I feel at the moment - could wolf down a whole cake in one bite right now and take care of my sugar fix in one fell swoop. |

Really interesting to listen to that now - I wonder what were the times he felt like he was "faltering" a little bit. I like how he ever so slightly rolls his eyes as he begins to talk about "wiping it clean" for some songs. I like his conclusion - "be positive, be yourself, and go forward." Man, has he stuck to that - and in some pretty tough circumstances! I can't help but think he must be pretty damn thrilled with how it's all playing out right now. There's something to be said for not EVERY single solitary thing happening at once. There's so much going on that's FANTASTIC for Adam and not just professionally. It occurs to me that if he got everything I wanted immediately for him professionally, it might have precluded something so GREAT like his being able to focus some time on a relationship (and with someone who seems so well-loved in his country, with much more to offer than just being cute - although Sauli certainly is cute). I'm glad for Adam that he made figuring out how to pursue the personal side of his life an important priority, too (I'm thinking of his tweeting that one guy about his nice smile, telling interviewers he was "mingling," and asking other interviewers "where's Bill? let's go shopping" - I think those are all examples of his putting it out there to the Universe that he's looking for public and personal success. "Life's all about taking risks to try to get what you want" - I remember him saying that somewhere. I think Adam is also prioritizing thinking about how to maximize the benefits of celeb status (being able to benefit causes and be a "role model" in ways) and how to minimize the negatives. (It's easy to see the results when celebs don't think about those sort of things . . .) Anyway. |

Just can't wrap my head around a dance version Aftermath and, although I LOVE the Blondes, I cannot imagine a really OTT outfit going over well with the majority of the Idol audience. BUT I trust Adam's instincts and I want to see him perform so badly! And yeah, lanat, we KNOW it won't be boring! ETA: sorry guys, don't post often and can't seem to quote correctly anymore! :-/ |
