Did we talk about Adam's potential future wardrobe already - can't remember but Skingraft's 2012 collection is all here: thefashionisto.com/skingraft-fallwinter-2012/I can totally see Adam in the giant hoodie (2012's version of my beloved stripey swacket?) And guess what's lurking on page 2 - a PONCHO ;D Let's hope that Adam doesn't get too mysterious in his fashion ventures or we could end up with this from Skingraft's 2012 collection (page 3) .. instead of COME ON IN IF YOU DARE .... it'll be COME ON IN IF YOU CAN !!

WARNING: Esoteric, philosophic dip into the deep end, cuz, I don’t have any peas, frozen or otherwise. Feel If so, I suspect our Adam is wired a bit differently in that respect as well as others. When asked, “What is your favorite….” we have seen him, time and again, struggle and say he doesn’t have favorites. I don’t think that is just Adam being political. I think often he doesn’t perceive things as black and white, or even shades of gray (which is really only different combinations of black and white). He perceives things in technicolor, in rainbows, in diversity. Because of this, he has eclectic tastes and talents. He finds something appealing and positive and worthy in many things he sees and hears. And that open perspective is part of what makes him such a great artist. I wonder if that is a commonality among many outstanding artists and creative people? This ability to appreciate without putting a pre-determined value on things and people. And I wonder if Adam ever is puzzled by the black and white thinking and behavior of those around him, including his passionate fans. Just thinking. Not a neuroscientist, but what you say resonates. I think maturity leads to seeing concepts on a continuum, but for many, in order to make decisions in a complex world, some polar opposites can help. It's been a long time since I thought there was an absolute truth about anything, but there is something oddly comforting about pushing the scale off of completely balanced toward one pole or the other. Anyway, I think it is all about making sense of the world. Also, humans have always exhibited an us vs them mentality, so I too look forward to a neurological explanation if there is one. You are right about Adam, he often seems confused when people harp on opposing choices, because he sincerely holds the rainbow view.

The news is slightly removed from Adam. It was Madonna's interview for E News on ABC. She was asked about Gaga music/song similarities on a "few" songs and her answers were very clever! I can't find a way to bring a link over. Thanks.

I dunno....I think the light/dark theme is too literal for the album cover (not very inspired....sorry chunkey). ....and yet I have no guesses. Hee! LOL I never said it was ~inspired. I mean Adam is great and all but let's be real, some of his ideas are not exactly inspired either tbh. lolol

WARNING: Esoteric, philosophic dip into the deep end, cuz, I don’t have any peas, frozen or otherwise. Feel free to scroll. Any neuroscientists on this forum? I have a question. Is the human brain built in such a way as to naturally think in terms of compare/contrast? Yes/no, on/off, hero/villain/ like/dislike, black/white? It seems to be ubiquitous in our society. We certainly see it in Adamland with poll after meaningless poll about which Idol is better/best? Which song do you vote for? Who has the best hair? Guy next door or the guyliner? It is also manifest in sports; my team is better than your team, this guy is the best quarterback, etc. And all the competition shows on TV: singing, dancing, cooking, fashion designing, losing weight, surviving in the wilderness, and bitching. Is that just the way we are hard-wired? If so, I suspect our Adam is wired a bit differently in that respect as well as others. When asked, “What is your favorite….” we have seen him, time and again, struggle and say he doesn’t have favorites. I don’t think that is just Adam being political. This could be very true about Adam I would love to think this way I am not a fan of these contest that you have to like one more than the other. I would much rather be the person who does not think in black or white. Do you have to be creative to think this way or can you train yourself to be more open. Maybe Adam just wants to look at life in a positive manor and not have to judge.

I can't find a way to bring a link over. Thanks. Yeah...one of her comments when asked about GaGa was something like.."I certainly think she 'references' me in her work." LOL! OUCH!! ;D I don't see it in this vid but I saw it on a clip they showed on ENews tonight. ETA: I changed the vid. This one is better.

I'm attracted to cover art which doesn't feature the artist themselves....I know he's a stunning subject to photograph, but I think the world already knows that....hope he goes for something crazy or bizarre sans/self portrait. but that's just me. ;D
