I haven't had a chance to watch the videos yet (thank you for bringing the over), but was wondering how attendance was? I know I saw some posts in the last couple of weeks that indicated tickets were slow in selling.
Love the white outfit, had to giggle at the rest lol. I love the guy...more is always better (wisdom per Adam).

ETA: Sizzling, so happy you and hubby enjoyed the show. And Oliver, yes he's all yours lol. As long as you share him with us every so often.

I was holding my breath waiting for vids and praying that this show looked and sounded like I hoped it would. AND IT DID! I think the show looked and sounded great. The song choices were a great mix of old and new and Adam and non-Adam. He sounded magnificent. I love Personal Jesus and esp. liked Witch Queen of New Orleans. So happy to see Fever back with the choreography that we love. Adam admits he isn't the greatest dancer, but he sure looked great working the stage last night. The white costume took my breath away. All the costumes were fun, and his voice was top-notch. Great to see Terrance and Johnny back, too.
I hope the word gets out that this is a very fun show. I assume that there are tickets available for all shows. I hope people talk it up and get others to buy tickets. It was beyond my expectations.
Hope to hear some feedback from those here who were at the show.

We agreed this morning that besides great musicianship within the show Adam's vocal delivery as well as the variety of songs made the night, though I personally would have loved to hear Runnin again and Voodoo. I was not too surprised about some of the vocal stunners as I follow Adam, but dh was mega impressed with his pipes and how capably he delivered with the covers. I think Adam put together a smart setlist that must have kept all concert goers happy. Attendance wise, it was clearly not sold out, but the theater felt well attended as people spread out. I also saw a line at the box office prior to the show, so some folks must have gotten last minute tickets. It felt lively to me. Adam owns who he is. If I were to dress him, I would pick different outfits but that's just me and it was his Halloween show - it looks like he wanted to go for visual impact from the stage, which was successful. The white outfit last night was definitely my favorite. Very sharp. |

Well, I think Adam did say he was a maximalist on the JHUd show yesterday! LOL
I loved watching the videos. So much fun seeing Adam with his friends, Terrance and Johnny. I know they are professional dancers, but I am always impressed how dancers can remember all the choreography. It seems they only started working on it last week.
