I think it was “more” not “last”. But the tone of his voice suggested the latter… so guesses all around The Rhapsody Tour hit North America, East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe. So when he says “tour one more time”, does he mean hitting all the stops? |

He's always as vague as possible, which I can understand. |

And now 10 years later, it's still "one more time". I think that these are just words someone uses when they are getting older and don't know how much longer they can keep doing it. |
