Edge Publicity -Shoshanna Stone’s agency also has Camiila Cabella and John Legend … as clients. Which is a link to Adam. So still a possibility for an appearance🤞.

Hmm. If Adam had really been at the voice taping, then this would mean, that he has new music to promote, right? They wouldn’t waste such an opportunity for an old song. Is it Mad about the Boy or will we get something new really soon? I hope for something new!

Adam was on The Voice before singing a duet "Believe" with a contestant so it could be that type of situation again. He also sang "BoRap" with a contestant on XFUK and Idol before. So hard to know why he is there or what he would sing. If not a duet with a contestant, my guess is it would be "Mad About the Boy" as he has nothing else out there to promote.

Is it Mad about the Boy or will we get something new really soon? I hope for something new! I've been really curious about the rationale behind the timing and promotion of "Mad About the Boy." Why release it so far ahead of the film? It seems to me it would have benefited both the film and the song for them to have been promoted together. What plans are there for the song, if any? A performance slot on The Voice is a nice bit of promo - if it's a solo performance as opposed to a duet, so much the better - but if he's singing MATB, exactly what benefit is his team looking to get from it? The song isn't being released to any radio format, as far as I know, and the movie won't be out until sometime in 2023. I wondered the same thing about the performance on Strictly Come Dancing, as far as that goes. Not that it isn't good for Adam to be seen, of course, but those slots are not easy to come by and there's generally a definite purpose behind them other than just getting the artist on TV. But hey, if he's able to get those opportunities for no other reason than exposure for him as an artist, more power to him! I just hope he's not singing a Queen song. Nothing against Queen songs, but...no. Not this time, please. I wouldn't put it past him to spring a surprise new song on us, actually. I'm not expecting it, per se, but it wouldn't shock me. He likes to do that. LOL |

Geez, I sure hope it doesn't turn out to be Levine. What a letdown would be. I agree that it is curious about the timing of this. MATB is kind of a odd song to sing on The Voice. And Adam hasn't said a word about a new solo song of his own. And I certainly don't want it to be a duet with one of the contestants. elsababy64 didn't say it was. Well, we'll find out soon enough.

Hi Y’All! I had quite a lovely surprise at the gym today. Did a class called Body Pump (lol) and the cool down song sounded very familiar.. It took me a second to realize that it was “Better Than I Know Myself”. Had never heard that song in a public place. Sounded really good. I also wondered why MATB was released so far ahead of the movie too. Then I thought maybe they were going to send it to AC radio or jazz but that didn't happen either. As for Adam appearing on The Voice, it also could be that someone asked to sing with him. That is what happened when he sang BoRap on XFUK. Also a contestant asked to sing with him when he sang Titanium with her on the Idol finale. And when he sang BoRap on Idol, he had been the Queen week mentor and one of the contestants had planned to sing BoRap before he was voted off. So they invited Adam to sing his new song and to do BoRap with the contestant on the finale. I haven't watched any of The Voice this season so don't know if a contestant sang something that would make sense to invite Adam on or if someone requested to sing with him. But if it is MATB then what are they going for? I guess we will find out soon enough, lol.
